Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I inquired about some car accessories that don't fit my vehicle, as it turns out. Was told they'd look into a refund/credit of some sort because returns aren't being accepted at this time. No one ever got back to me.

Poor Quality
It somehow can not be used for some reason, cause the magnet can not be stick to my phone when stick on the phone case or the phone itself. I do not mind give it another shot with a new replacement, but if it still does not work, I would like a refund for it.

Good purchase for any vehicle
I purchased three for myself and family after seeing an ad on my IG feed. They do work exactly as shown! Very happy with how it functions -- holds my phone snuggly in place where I can see the screen for navigation, etc. Also saves you from having to find a place to store your phone while you're driving (and fumbling for it or having it fall down between seats, etc. Hoping the adhesive will hold up well when the hot summer temps hit my car, but so far, so good! Highly recommend!

Sadly, you have to take the phone out of the case otherwise the magnet isn't strong enough and the phone will slide right off the vent magnet. It works great as long as you take your phone out of the case. I don't like doing that, but I'm typically pretty careful with my phone.

Thank you so much for your feedback! The Magnets do work with phone covers. We advise placing the magnet outside the phone cover and removing any cardholders and pop sockets from the back of the phone before using the magnet.
This can help you avoid having to take the phone out of the case to use the holder.

I had high hopes for the Tulmox phone…
I had high hopes for the Tulmox phone holder, however whilst the magnet is powerful and does hold onto the phone, the clip for the vent is quite poor. It doesn’t stay on when repositioning the phone and the soft pads on it have come unglued within a few weeks. A good idea but not so well executed.
