Uk Bowlift 

My husband ordered a pair of heated gloves as a Christmas gift for me. When they arrived the power unit was missing. At first they suggested there wasn’t a power unit. I sent them a copy of instructions listing a power pack. Basically, after trying to get a power unit from the company so that the gloves work as advertised, my option is to pay to return them and, if they are in the same state as when they left the company they may refund the cost. The company is in Canada so presumably outside any UK trading rights. I wish we’d read the other reviews before ordering!

Avoid this company like the plaque. I ordered a mini security camera which turned out to be useless. Had I known it was coming from China (on a slow boat, probably), I would never had ordered it, which is exactly what I said in my email to make a complaint with a refund. P&P to Canada (!), for an item weighing a couple of grams was almost as much as the price for the camera. I simply refused to send it back, but no refund.

we order two hooks which were expensive to hang a Christmas Wreath on the front door. the order was placed on the 1st Dec and we took delivery not until the 23rd Dec.
the hooks were cheap Chinese tat from the get go one did work but the other broke immediately i tried the turn the crown the operate the suction cup.
there was no friction and the crown would not tighten for the hook to stick on the door.
we contacted Bowlift and they asked for photo evidence which we supplied along with a video.

On the 1st January we received a mail saying that their returns team would be in contact and a hour later a mail saying it was beyond their 14 days return policy even though we received the hooks on the 23rd Dec so were well within this period.

firstly the hooks were cheap tat and i was surprised one did actually work. secondly when the problem was first highlighted to Bowlift i got the feeling that no matter what hoops i jumped through the result would be the same.

Even after photo and video evidence was supplied and we got a mail to say that a returns dept would be in contact to arrange the return. we got a mail saying that we were beyond their 14 days policy and that we hope we would understand. the mails are produced quickly so a get the feeling its Ai and not a human.
in the UK the consumer act gives 30 days and i reminded them of this but to no avail . i will never buy from this sorry excuse of a company and i strong ly advise you avoid these people to.

I have already left a review on how horrible of a scam company they are, but I’ve discovered that they are hiding my reviews on their website. I’ve left two on the product I ordered and it still says no reviews. They want me to verify my email but they never send me the code. I emailed the company because the product I ordered was so poorly constructed it looked like a child’s craft project. They admitted it was wrong and said they would ship me a new one free of charge. Then I get another email that says “We checked with our supplier and that product is correct” so now they will not be reshipping and are doubling down on being a scam. I ordered a glass mirrored bottle and got a poorly painted flat purple resin bottle. Not glass, not mirrored.

DO NOT BUY from this company even through ur bank it will be difficult to get money back ,,, this is SCAM company they are not BOWLIFT but ALI EXPRESS u will not get ur money back really awfawl complaint I have reported them to trading standards

BowLift is a total scam company. I ordered a Deep Resonance Serenity Bell costing £41. Firstly, I had to wait more than 2 weeks for delivery, although I was promised a ‘before’ Christmas delivery (arrived 5 days too late). The bell is so ‘cheap and nasty’ I wouldn’t even give it to a charity shop. I want to return it for a full refund, which was promised, but it could cost £20-£80, with no guarantee I will receive a refund. They want to give me a voucher for 50% of the cost (£20), with no need to return the bell. It actually arrived battered, without a proper box and no label or ‘write-up’ about the bell. This is such a terrible company.

Utter rubbish! Product (when it finally arrived) was such poor quality. I asked for refund and they said if I drop it off to their depot in Canada, I get a refund!! I live in the bloody UK!! Avoid using this company.

Item received was nothing like the pictures shown and was poor quality. Returns policy is that you have to post the item to Canada at your own expense, or you can keep the item get a 10% refund and get 50% off your next order, either way completely unsatisfactory. Do not use.

Bought a phone case utter garbage PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCUMBAG SO COMPANY! asked for a refund like the gentleman on the trustpilot reviews and the same to send back would cost me between £20-£80 then could be shipping costs on top of that.
I waited 3 weeks and tracking was from china even though its ment to be a uk company please everyone beware the aluminium case scraped my brand new iPhone in 3 places also a cheap plastic backing which didn’t fit please avoid

RIPPED OFF FOR £50 FOR A PIECE OF BROKEN JUNK. PLEASE ARREST THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY . I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT TO SEND BACK WOULD BE 50.00 TOO AS CHINA. THEY ARE CRIMINALS

Item took three weeks to arrive and when it did it was entirely different to the description --all in all an awful experience. This is not a UK company and the item was poor quality and came from china.

Ordered a Stained Glass Table Lamp VitraGlow 'stained glass lamp'. Item arrived today, it was just a metal cut out of birds with a cheap metal base. No glass, no lamp/light feature. Total scam.

DO NOT USE - Total scam, sent me a coffee table ‘book’ was just a piece of cardboard.

When I was sceptical I said what’s the refund process they said you will be fine to refund the product.

On arrival they said ‘the product is clearly wrong, we can offer you a 10% refund and 50% credit to the store’

Or they said I can return the piece of cardboard to their warehouse in Canada for $80.

Just a total scam, don’t use.

Exactly the same as another customer review, I ordered heated glove £35 and received normal gloves they sell at £14. I was also told to return them to Canada at a cost of£20-£80 and then they would give me a refund. What a joke the company is not based in UK and they are a scam don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered heated gloves for £35 but recieved ordinary gloves that they sell for £14. Bowlift said I need to pay for return estimated at €20-€80 as per article #18 in their terms and conditions. I refused as the item I ordered has not been received. They offered 10% discount. Now trying to get refund via credit card company. AVOID.

Please contact your bank & make a charge back claim, we are not getting the products as advertised, I did & it worked, as lady (Mary) below said below her product prices changed, my rip off item piece of Trash is now selling over £400, I have reported to Trading Standards.

BEWARE this company is a scam, not based in UK. The product I received was not fit for purpose, very poor quality, did not work, instructions were all in Chinese, cost £63, I asked for a refund and they told me I’d need to pay postage to send it back including international shipping fees up to £80. This company did not advertise that they were in China, very misleading and outright dishonest in my opinion. I feel well and truly duped:(
