I had a great experience with UkeUniverse. They offer a good range of Ukuleles and I ordered two Kala Ukuleles. After placing my order, I needed to make a change. I received fantastic advice regarding the modification, and the order was sent and received very quickly. Likely due to my amendment, one of the Ukuleles was missed in the delivery. However, the error was rectified promptly, and the second Ukulele was delivered shortly after. The customer service is amazing, very friendly, and their passion for Ukuleles is evident. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you.

A fantastic company with super great and fast service! I was looking to purchase a Kala Baritone Ukulele. My emails were responded to very quickly. I ordered my Uke, and it was delivered to me the very next day! I expected it to be a few days...but, it was next day, also packaged and set up very well👍.

A really good store selling instruments of good quality at excellent prices. My uke ( a Kiwaya long neck soprano) was delivered exactly on time, though I was a little concerned at first because I didn't hear after my initial order, soon rectified.
Can recommend and will use again.

Fantastic prompt response from Uke Universe. I placed an order for a model with limited availability, immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from Josh. He explained an unforeseen delay in lead time and offered me alternative of refund or waiting. As it was I opted for a refund. But I really valued being given an honest and transparent update from Josh.He personally actioned the refund without issue same day and then notified me. Outstanding service! In addition (and as an owner of many ukuleles) Josh's knowledge of ukes is really very impressive, so good to be able to have a 'niche conversation' with someone who really knew their stuff. So I will definitely be returning to buy something this year. It's not until you want your money back that you find out the integrity of a business and in this respect Josh and Uke Universe scored top marks! The company was diligent in following up the order after some initial problems with their supplier. They supplied the instrument in time for the work I needed it for. The instrument arrived in perfect condition and sounded great - incredibly good value for money. Thank you Uke Universe :-)

Ordered a Ozark tenor electric banjo less than a week ago. Communication was excellent, Delivery was quick and Banjo is fantastic. Best price around and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

The service I received was excellent in every way. I purchased a Pono MBD ukulele and quality Kala bag. The build quality of the ukulele is excellent. Very playable, good tone and intonation. The neck is excellent for both finger style and chords. Easy transition from guitar with this size of ukulele.

I’m fortunate to have stumbled across UkeUniverse whilst contemplating learning to come to terms with the Uke. I can honestly say that this company do what others merely aspire to. From ‘cradle to grave’ this company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their inventory and super keen prices tbh deservedly make UkeUniverse the one stop shop - super happy to be a customer+ shipping was ridiculously quick!

On this occasion, my order was not able to be completed because the uke I wanted was subsequently found to be out of stock. However, I was promptly alerted to the error and offered alternatives with a discount, or a refund. I chose a refund as I had set my heart on that particular uke and the refund was promptly made. I have previously bought a uke from this company and was delighted with the product and service then. This latest experience whilst disappointing, in no way detracts from the quality of service and only goes to reinforce the view that this is a great company to do business with !!

It was a special order. An Enya NEXG colour: pink. a carbon fibre guitar from China with a 50 watt amplifier built in ----pink to recommend it to the attention of my 6 great granddaughters.
Uke Universe (founder Divyesh) were very good all the way through the heart-in-the-mouth ordering process---- 7 STARS at least

Ordered my Kala Baritone on Friday - it was delivered the next morning (Saturday)! That is great service. Thank you UkeUniverse.

Fab customer service after I was delivered a different colour to what I'd ordered and he responded straight away and posted the correct one that day so I received it only a day afterwards. He also organised postage and quick and easy drop off for the other one to be returned. Very helpful! Will shop there again!
