Very poor service

Have tried to phone wait up to 1 hour
Not to get a answer also no reply to
Messages left. Also having payed £12 of paper copies which have still not arrived so I would like my money back.
I feel this government department is not fit for service. I understand you are running many months behind and trust the information sent is up to date.

Five star service

Harris K dealt with my query earlier today. I was totally confused by the process and he explained everything in straight forward terms which I could understand. He was efficient helpful and kind. Five stars for Harris K 👏👏

I registered thinking this was the land…

I registered thinking this was the land registry, and paid money to do so. Then I was told by someone to look carefully and it isn’t the Gov site which is free.
I emailed them to withdraw myself from the service and receive a refund as stated on the website, but I have not had any contact from them and it’s been over a month.

Query Re: Property Register and Boundary

I spoke to a customer service agent called Harris.
His was very welcoming and helpful, he explained complex issues extensively and in a way I could understand.
He ensured I fully understood what I was purchasing in terms documents.
Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Very easy website to navigate through

Very easy website to navigate through. Instructions clear over how to validate account and set up a property alert. Received an email advising me of no activity against property I had set alert on, which was reassuring and feel confident if this situation changes I will receive an alert. Thank you
