The person i spoke to was amazing so helpful and understanding and gave me really good advice and provided exceptional customer service more than 5 star i would rate this person 10 stars for his exceptional outstanding customer service skills and his amazing help thank you

Easy to register for Property Alert…

Easy to register for Property Alert after hearing on Radio 4 that it is easier for fraudsters to re-register homes that do not have a mortgage. The alert service will inform me if any searches are carried out on my property.

Andy was very helpful

Overall our experience was not great with land registry very stressful and time consuming online so I would have said 1 star . However then Andy answered one call and helped us tremendously after that so for him alone I am happy to leave a good review

Information required for re mortgage

The information held was sent within 2 minutes of the request.
Unfortunately it was not to the level of detail required for the re mortgage.
Andy was great and it was not his fault that the information was not adequate. He orovided what I asked for
