58mins, before being able to speak with someone.

After holding on for 58mins, I finally got to speak with someone. Your representative was helpful and courteous to deal with, however he was to provide a telephone number in the subsequent email sent but unfortunately the number was not provided.

Great customer service

The lovely man I spoke to was so helpful. His customer service was 10/10 and I used to work in customer service for several years.

All other services should be as good as this. Fabulous a delight to talk to.

Many properties unavailable.

I wanted to monitor a property but it’s listed as unavailable as the database postal address doesn’t match.

I also wanted to monitor a property in Scotland but now realise that the service only covers England and Wales.

When registering for the service was sent an email containing both username and password. This is very bad practice for IT security. The password can be changed at first login, however passwords should not be sent by email along with usernames.

The address unrecognised. Title No. had to be found to register. Took longer than necessary. My daughter's address was not even found.

Cancelling UKLandRegister subscription

UKLandRegister is set up to look like the official Land Registry website - but it is not. You are paying for a service which is free from the official UKLR website.
When I realised my error in registering, I couldn't cancel my credit card payment immediately. So I sent an email to the company using the information clearly provided on the website. The company has a 14-day cooling-off period. I was hopeful of a response from the company concerning cancellation and a refund.
When I heard nothing after 14 days, I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and obtained an immediate refund.

Just brilliant!

Well, we were shocked! We expected the phone to ring for ages! We got through on the phone almost straight away. Andy then called us back. He clearly understood what our problem was, which was fairly complicated, and resolved it smoothly. He kept in touch on What’s App and then when we got a really quick application number, Samantha then sorted expediting the matter for us. This matter has been so stressful for us and we expected a complete farce to be honest. But the Land Registry staff are amazing! Thank you!!!!! Incredibly grateful!
