Absolute Junk

I bought four devices and three have failed after a few months. The devices appear to work with an amplified signal but the speed is nearly nonexistent. I contacted the supplier only to be told that they only offer a 30 day return policy.
In my opinion they are a complete joke and are happy to con customers with junk product.

Take my advice - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"Independent reviewer?"

While searching on line for "Best Wi-Fi extender UK"
1st site up was Allgadgetsreview.com whose expert Steve Smith recommended the WeXtend Pro as the best buy, with the only downsides being "sells out quickly, and mail order only"
4th site up was Consumer Experts whose expert Mark Flack recommended the UltraXtend as the winner ,with the only downsides being "sells out quickly, and mail order only"
Searching for "ultraXend" led me to this site and the post of David Whittle who had discovered that Mark Flack the expert who was also an expert called Jeff Roast on another site!
Guess what? When I went back and checked the sites again the expert Mark Flak aka Jeff Roast is now aka Steve Smith as well! Not only is he on 3 "independent sites" as 3 different people,he is now recommending 2 different piles of junk products from China as his best buy.
Wonder if he writes reviews on here as well?

Scam

Scam, barely worked for a month then stopped working. At the time I was convinced by the consumer experts website which is in hindsight all part of the scam. Hopefully someone reads this and the other reviews on here before buying.

Buy in haste; regret at leisure

Buy in haste, regret ...etc.Whilst waiting for mine to arrive, I found these reviews, so checked a few things out. I came across this product via the review section of the Consumer Experts site. The reviewer was "our Expert Mark Flack - a certified tech genius". Go back to the main site where it's claimed they do "Real Reviews, By Real Experts" and "a Single Point of Truth that consumers who shop online can trust". Really? Go on down to "Meet our Experts" & you'll find the same smiling face & excellent CV of our Mark Flack, only he now goes under the name of Jeff Roast! Anyone smell a rat? The so-called independent Consumer-experts are part of Label Products BV, as is Techwidget.co who sell the extender. Fake advert; fake claims. Steer well clear.

Comes with faulty IP address cant set up product

I bought this product because somewhere online it said it was the best wifi booster in 2024.
The product came with an incorrect/invalid/not active IP address which meant I couldnt access the set up page. They then sent me another product but with the same incorrect IP address. I then asked for a refund. They replied and gave me a new default IP address - which didnt work. Then they gave me another incorrect IP address. After that they blocked my email so I couldnt report any more faulty IP addresses and couldnt ask for a refund. I think its a scam product. But I've seen good reviews so I'm confused...

Don't Do It!

I wish I had found this site before I purchased these extenders.

These extenders are not compatible with my router. I'm trying to return these and they're giving me the massive runaround. As other reviewers have stated, they offered to give me 20% of my money back if I didn't return them...what kind of deal is that?

After reading these reviews, I'm getting pessimistic about getting a full refund.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money on higher-quality extenders with a trusted brand.

Terrible customer service and false advertising

Do not trust this company, falsely advertising it extends wifi without saying it only extends 2.4ghz, which is the slowest speed transmission with what is already a longer range signal on your router. They offered me 20% refund but when I did not accept, they pulled out the refund policy on me and shut me down.

DOES NOT EXTEND WIFI: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could leave 0 stars I would
The ultraxtend “enhancer” DOES NOTHING to extend WiFi coverage and a BT broadband engineer proved what I suspected.
Sitting next to the extender and connecting my phone to the extender WiFi resulted in a speed of 4.4 Mbps.
Sitting in the same place and connecting my phone to the router which is placed 15 meters away resulted in a speed of 160 Mbps!
Engineer connected his laptop via a cable to the extender and the speed registered was 2.3 Mbps!
Complete waste of money!
