I bought four devices and three have failed after a few months. The devices appear to work with an amplified signal but the speed is nearly nonexistent. I contacted the supplier only to be told tha... See more

This product is a total scam
This product is a total scam. Worked for 2 weeks then went completely dead. Having read the challenges others have had on returning the product and/or getting a prompt refund, I won’t bother to engage with the company. Genuinely wished I had found this site before I purchased the product. Completely nuked the home internet as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money purchased one tried to set up went into setting selected Pix-Link came up with unsecured network then no internet went online to find problem also got in touch with NetBoost customer support they sent me instructions on how to fix but when typing in came up with a website that you had to pay
So finally got some one to come out to set up he managed to set it up but still didn’t extend the signal checked signal at 54% then unplugged the extender and the result was the same 54% chit back with customer support and they said it’s probably not working because of the way you set it up asked for a refund they replied yes that’s ok but it would cost over £33 to send back so the refund was for just over £10 so buyer beware of all the good things said about this device truth is it does not work try something else
Absolutely waste of money
Absolutely waste of money.
Spend £51.90 for it and signal from 150Mbps dropped to 7Mbps.
Costumer support is rubbish. Don't recommend it.
I posted back ultraxtend and still waiting for refund but have emailed that I'll we have just £33.95 refund.
No idea why.
Disgraceful customer service…
I wish I d looked at the reviews before I bought the ultraextend boosters. Firstly they weren't compatible with my system. Not their fault. But they offer a 30 day returns policy, so I wasn't worried. But when I tried to return them they did everything they could to prevent me from doing so, offering me discounts, but deaf to the fact that they weren't any use to me at any price. Eventually I managed to get them to let me return them, but they have retained £19.93 that's almost 25%. They refuse to give me any reason for the reduction and they refuse to give me a full refund.
Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever encountered! It was sent to the incorrect address due to their glitchy ordering platform (it was filled and went through when I was part-way through editing the address). I didn't even know that order went through because it was glitching out (it looped out until I closed it). I ordered another with the correct address and emailed them immediately to ask to cancel the first (luckily my bank contacted me and I was able to cancel the first payment that I didn't know had been made). They screwed it up repeatedly saying "rest assured, your order has been sent to (wrong address)". I emailed them 7 times with the correct address and they kept sending emails confirming it had been sent to the wrong address (i wonder if these people can even read). I then called label products and got the most useless idiot who continually tried to blame me, then the courier for their own repeated mistake. He refused to correct it saying the order had already been processed - even though I contacted them minutes after making the order and many times after BEFORE the order was sent, which he blamed on them having to go through a large volume of emails - probably people complaining. He refused to let me talk to his manager, so he was the highest ranked (yeah right). He wanted me to wait until I'd received another email with the tracking and respond to that (I'd already received 9 emails and replied to every one of them). He took absolutely no responsibility for their continued mistakes or dodgey ordering platform and said stupid things like "we have no control over the courier" and "we can't help you if you won't co-operate" and "the order was made in your name with the wrong address". This would have been so easy to solve, but instead they choose to infuriate a customer over a cheap item.
Could not set up on either laptop
Could not set up on either laptop. Went through all the instructions. Could not access the web site and my email request for refund cannot be processed.
Broke within weeks
Broke within weeks, could not get a replacement because I was outside the 30-day refund window (which I assumed only applied to people sending back items they didn't want, NOT faulty items, but apparently not) I didn't even think it was legal to sell electrical goods with no warranty.
The product did not work as promised
The product did not work as promised. It did not reach to the back yard. But the real trouble began with requesting a refund. I was offered 20 % and when i said no i was offered a 30% refund. I had to push to get a full refund, but are now being charged a restocking fee. I don’t have much hope of receiving anything from this company. I have never had so much trouble with an online purchase
I've spent half a day trying to install…
I've spent half a day trying to install the ultraxtend and am very dissapointed as it doesn't work. The instructions aren't very helpful and need a magnifying glass as they are so small print. I wish I had read the negative reviews before wasting my money. I bought this because it was at the top of the best wifi extenders. No doubt the site stating it is the best must have been getting a fee for supporting rubbish. I can't afford to lose my money and this is not the first time something like this has happened to me.....
Absolute rubbish
I, like other reviewers, should have read these reviews before buying UltraXTend, and not just swallow the advertising spiel on their website. I was looking for a "plug and play", which this is supposed to be, and for a unit that would extend my wifi about 30 metres across the yard in clear line of sight. When I finally did manage to get the unit to work, I placed it about 10m line of sight from the router, where there was full wifi signal. But a further 20m line of sight out into the yard, there was still reasonable router signal, but no signal from the UltraXTend unit.
A refund was available but minus freight (both ways) and a handling fee. As an alternative I was offered 20% refund, and I could keep the (2 useless) units. This was subsequently increased to 30%, which I accepted, as the faff of returning the units wasn't worth it.
So as I say, do proper review homework and steer well clear of UltraXTend. Go for a well known brand of wifi extender, even if you have to pay a little more. You'll be glad you did.
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! This a a scam. Stay away from them.
I purchased this extender from this website. My TV couldn’t connect to it due to invalid certificate. The customer support was very slow to respond (took 3 days each time), they refused to issue a refund despite the fact that on their website they say they would accept returns.

The product is useless. Has anyone in Australia had any luck finding the company's return address?
Doesn't work and can't get refund
Doesn't work and can't find any way of contacting to sort return. Contact Us email address provided bounced.
Awful product
Awful product. When connected to this the internet it makes things worse. Does not do what it says. Emailed support and got a blunt message back. Re emailed 3 times asking for refund details and no response. Do not buy.
The worst extender I have come across
The worst extender I have come across! Strange how the upload speed is faster than the download speed.
Situated mid way between my router and PC - I only get download speeds of 14mbs - If I connect directly to router (an extra room away and two additional red brick walls) I can get downloads of around 100mbs. AT the router I get speeds of 500mbs
If the unit goes faulty after 30 days…
If the unit goes faulty after 30 days Ultaxtend won’t do anything to replace it.
No better than other extenders
I know this booster came from Netherlands but I believe it came by rowing boat. 10 days isn’t acceptable and as mentioned by another reviewer shipping cost is extortionate. Not at all easy to set up but after some problems I managed it.
This extender is no better than previous ones I’ve used. My advice to anyone looking for a good extender this isn’t the one.
Scam
Scam. Stay away. Read other reviews to see what people experienced. Shipping slow and tracking system unworkable.
Ultraextend is not a good deal. Do no buy
The product does not perform as advertised. The product which claims to extend WIFI with no/little loss of signal strength, fails miserably.
Actual performance with with all devices (ultraextend, router, laptop) within 6-feet of each other is:
WiFi Speed Without Ultraextend 405 MBPS Down, 261MBPS Up
WiFi Speed With Ultraextend 19 MBPS Down, 20 MBPS Up
Additionally, there is no tech support:
The installation instructions on their website are wrong.
The tech support phone number is out-of-service.
The listed email address for support is undeliverable.
There is no option to return the device
I ordered 3 unit and figured they would…
I ordered 3 unit and figured they would work together to extend the range and speed in my house and yard. After 3 phone calls, they told me that only 1 will work with a single wifi router. I returned 2 units.
Fast forward about 4 month later and my only unit stopped working. After giving me useless directions on troubleshooting (the unit lit up but was not projecting any links to connect), they told me that the return/warranty period was only 30 days.
WASTE OF MONEY and too limited in return/warranty period.
DO NO BUY!!
