I had a great experience with Victoria helping me get what I needed so I can get my feet look at and get some new shoes she it been a long time coming thank you so so much.

This place has been extremely helpful; the staff are kind and compassionate. They have consistently saved me during difficult situations, demonstrating their dedication and expertise.

Chanel has been very reliable in making frequent phone call on checking on me to see if I am in need of anything also we have been trying to see why my Medicaid has change since June 2026 so she been helping me in finding out the next step to get answers.

Yoland is kind and sweet. Very concerned with my well-being. Couldn’t ask for a more attentive person. Always lol forward to hearing her voice.

She is researching ways for me to get approval for a weight loss medication. She has submitted my name for some type of medication card. We are scheduled to discuss this further on Thursday.

She has gone out of her way to finding me a podiatrist, and stayed on the phone line with me while making the appointment. She asked different questions to help my appointment go well. Her diction was easy to understand and her pronunciation easy to hear. She helped me with my anxiety, and allowed me to be in control, but if I didn't know something, she was right there with answers. It is a pleasure working with her. She's very professional, courteous and understanding of my needs. When she has stated that she will call me back, she has. And that helps me feel understood and cared for. I would recommend her for any customer care services.

Naijah is very good as far as being someone who listens to the client. She seems very knowledgeable about the system and is always trying to do what she can to help.She is very compassionate about the client and very easy to talk to. I would give her a ten if there was a scale to vote on.

Ikea is very good at checking on me to see if I have any needs, or any questions, etc. I am very pleased to have her as my advocate. Good job. Sorry for misspelling her name. 😀

Crystal Cortez is an amazing advocate for Understood Care. She checks up on me regularly. She made calls to my insurance company and helped me setup my ride to the hospital for my echocardiogram on September 4th. She has taken a lot of stress off me negotiating for me. I so appreciate this wonderful woman.
