It’s as bad as the comments are making. We made a deposit for a trip with them, I became pregnant and per doctor’s orders due to health concerns cannot travel. I provided them with a doctors notes,... See more

Terrible & Untrustworthy Company
Terrible company. Cares more about the contract than customer service. Super high pressure sales tactics to get you to agree to something that is “customizable” but really they’re taking away perks if you ask for less to make up for the difference.
I wasted 2.5hrs to sign up to figure go back on and figure out how big of a waste of money it was after I already signed the contract.
I then went back to cancel. It took another 2 hours. They used high pressure sales tactics to try to sell me a different plan and wouldn’t take a no. They forced me to give back leisure cash because it was a supposed an “incentive” but I wasted so much time with this company that is only 20% associated with Hyatt.
Be careful: They are not Hyatt when they are only 20% owned by Hyatt.
All the prices are variable but they will take away perks to make it “worth” it. The perks are not perks. You are paying for them in one way or another.
It is a con!!!!!
After a very slick sales meeting, the sales representative wrote down on a piece of paper the benefits we could receive, I duly signed the contract but to may amazement after the 5 days cooling off period I went into more detail on the contract (my mistake for trusting and not reading) to find there is a stark difference to what was discussed and what I signed up for. We were also promised a minimum of 25% discount on our bookings the their website which could go up to as much as 70% but it is a con, I can buy the holiday through a high street travel agent with flights cheaper than than the discounted rate offered through their website. I have wasted $32000 dollars £24,000 and would not recommend anyone to buy into this product. I have asked to cancel as I have not used their products and they are not interested which shows you how much they value customers - we are just meal tickets to a bad product
Nice hotels, quality, flexibility
We think the offers of uvc are really great. The value, the flexibility, all of it give us a better way to organize our vacation budget. At the end we save more and get more quality.
UVC = SCAM
Unlimited Vacations Club, UVC, is a scam. DO NOT join their membership. They seem to have hired people to scour forums like Reddit or other sites to try to write 5 star reviews and outweigh all the 1 star negativity they deserve.
DO NOT JOIN UVC. They'll bribe you into their timeshare presentation, take up your whole day, manipulate you into signing a contract and giving them your hard earned money. They'll use alcohol and unethical practices to persuade you into their scam membership.
If you like travelling
If you like travelling, quality and a premium personal service, you are in the right Place, definitely
Scammers!!
Scammers!!! Scammers!!! Scammers!!!
Why do I need to pay renewal fee every year? If I have not gone on vacation.
I have to pay $180 every year for something that I did not benefit.
One of my biggest mistakes is that I pay $10,000 to this scammers .
I will never go to any of their resorts, Breathless, Dreams, Escape Zoëtry, Secrets

our honeymoon
We decided to spend our honeymoon in Secrets Resort & Spa. We spent amazing time in the Resort with amazing food and service. We became a members of UVC and we have already booked our next trip to Panama. We are very excited and the price we have booked is amazing. We are looking forward to see the VIP Services on our arrival to help us get aroud the Panama. I recomend it to everyone.
Great product
I really feel like I purchase a great product with massive discount and a lot of flexibility.
The access to properties for a fixed price a whole week in amazing places is fantastic.
I am a silver member and I am really enthusiastic about getting an upgrade as soon as possible.
I love my membership
I love my membership, it makes me travel and save more money. All my friends and family members use it too.
We were scammed at a resort in Cancun
We were scammed at a resort in Cancun. Sadly (FOOLISHLY) I continued to pay my $280 per month and once membership was completed I found out I paid over 20K to get a discount on all inclusive travel. insane. Not what they sold me on to begin with. RUN AWAY!!!
Avoid Ulifestyle collection, it’s a scam
If I could rate this travel agency a 0 I would. Just avoid this company. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve spent money that I can’t get back and didn’t even go on a vacation. It’s a SCAM for sure. They tell you one thing to reel you in only for you to find out that the locations they promised you could visit for vacation/holiday are not an option.
This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. Please do not give them your money, worst decision ever. We have been "members" for 9 years - they straight up lie to you but you are screwed as soon as you sign.
World of Hyatt Mexican scam
World of Hyatt membership is free. This company is a scam company from Mexico. I have worked for this company and i can positively say 100% that they blatantly lie to the unsuspecting victims. They had lots of problems in Mexico with a huge law suit and they now moved to Europe as well pretending to be a different company. They lie about the prices you will qualify for during the presentation. They make a false price comparison of the cost of holidays you will be paying in future. You need to trust their word. The managers are the thieving sharks sending the younger staff composed of waiters and foreign immigrants desperate to survive by any means. You can get the same deals without paying for a membership. Do not give them your hard earned money. Do not sign the deal. They laugh that they sold you promises for thousands of euros. demand a refund if you just signed. You do have your 14 days to change your mind! Europeans are protected by Mexican scammers fortunately.
Total SCAM
Total SCAM! My husband and I signed up for this on our honeymoon 2 years ago at a Secrets resort. We paid $12,000 for the membership. When we got home and went to activate the account they said we had to pay an additional $4000 to start receiving our benefits package. 2 years in, $240/ month payment......not a single benefit received. All I can say is don't do it!!
I truly enjoy my membership
I truly enjoy my membership. I started with a trial (Choices), and during COVID pandemic I got an upgrade to Silver membership. Of course, I have to mention that I got the best deal, as nobody was sure about future travel. Now I’m enjoying a variety of resorts all over the world for the best price. I often choose Zoetry resorts famous for their intimacy and excellent restaurants.
Totally scam
Totally scam, there is never availability for the hotels you search. SCAM
Unlimited Vacation Club is now…
Unlimited Vacation Club is now operating out of San Jose Del Cabo in the resort previously operated owned by “Secrets”.
Beware this is a well orchestrated fraud. A lot of people are getting a piece of the pie so I think it’s not going to stop anytime soon.
Also be aware of credit card identify thief.
My review
My review, my recommendation, do not do it, it is a scam. I'm here and every time I come it's something different, they want to overcharge you, if they want to oversell you it doesn't work which is a total scam.
Love it best vacation program ever
