Communication was key! From the very beginning of the process the company communicated with me through email. AI had given an evaluation that could vary depending on the quality of the stones and they let me know that the offer could change due to the quality of the stones upon inspection . I was then asked if I wished to continue. Shipping was easy with the prepaid label. They updated me when the package was received. Upon evaluation of the pieces sent in, ones value was higher than they had initially offered. They communicated and let me know and then again communicated with me about all the pieces they inspected. After deciding to proceed with their offer I was offered 2 different forms of payment. Both were very easy and secure. Once I chose how I would like to be paid, I sent them an email letting them know. I assumed it would be a couple days before payment because I sent the email after 11:00 pm the night before Thanksgiving. I received payment and a email communicating with me about it before midnight that same night! I am very pleased with the ease of the whole process and even more pleased with the offer and communication! Great new company that I will definitely use again!

The valuation through the app was spot on to the valuation done when they recieved my jewelry. The video was very thorough. I recived my money promptly and when I called with a question the staff was very friendly.

Surprisingly delightful experience!

I have some jewelry that has been lying around for a while. The process of uploading photos to get an estimate was intuitive and the whole end to end process of sending jewelry and getting paid was also great. I got regular email updates throughout the process.

I ultimately got $630 after an initial online estimate of $650.

Will definitely be selling more stuff after this experience and highly recommend it to others.

Pretty easy experience - I was able to pack my gold chain in a package and send it to them. They gave me a MUCH better price vs. my cash for gold shop in my strip mall. Pretty cool online tracker for my jewelry that feels like schwab or robinhood! makes me wonder why did I ever go to the cash for gold shops before!

I was a little hesitant sending my jewelry through the mail, so I went to a local jewelry store. They gave me an offer but I checked online and I saw Unvault on Facebook. They had a program to check the value right away it was much higher than the jewelry store. I contacted them and found them to be very professional. They sent me a mail slip and insured everything for the value. Once received they reviewed and sent me a revised offer. It was actually higher than the original offer and more than double of the local jewelry store. Everything was handled perfectly and i received the payment within a few days into my account. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell

Unvault made the experience of selling my jewelry seamless and empowering. Before discovering Unvault, I had numerous experiences with pawnbrokers and other good buyers who offered very little for my gold, and also offered little to no transparency. They would often whisk my valuables away to a back room and confer with each other there, beyond sight or earshot. With Unvault, every aspect of the interaction was documented. From start to finish, the entire experience, from uploading my images, to receiving my payment, was a total of five days. Their offer reflected the fair market value I would expect and could accept, and their customer service was communicative, professional and efficient. I will always go to Unvault to get real value for my precious jewelry, and will gladly sing their accolades for family and friends.

Excellent experience with Unvault! They were extremely prompt and responsive to any questions or communications and had all steps of the process outlined clearly on the website.

Main points that were most reassuring during the process:

- the unboxing video let me know the item arrived and was evaluated in the condition that it was sent in with.

-payout process- I used paypal for the payout, and the amount matched their in person evaluated and authenticated valuation. There with no fees or unexpected charges.

-The lack of obligation was really the key component for me. If I change my mind after they receive and process my jewelry item, there are no costs or fees to return it it back to me.

Very satisfied 5 stars for honesty, customer service and would give more for their transparency if I could. Wasn't sure at first couldn't find much about unvault online but I have it a spot and glad I did. I sent the pictures of my jewelery they asked for and got a fairly close price they would pay for back they were able to get a close weight and carat assessment from the pictures and were great with communication through the whole process. They even provided a video of the actual inspection after they received the jewelry so you can see the work done not just guessed and they paid considerably more than other offers and was paid less than 6 hours after they finished. Very impressed would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their jewelry

It was a great experience with Sonalore. They were quick in evaluating and give me a ballpark estimate immediately. After detail testing they came up with actual pricing (which was in my favor)
I’m so glad that I could put some of my unused stuff to good use and buy more from that.

Navya and Nidi who are the owners are very nice to work with. They explained the process which was simple and showed how I was getting more money for my bracelet and chain compared to the jeweler I go to for past 3 years.
