It was lovely working with jade and her team at up estates. Jade is such a lovely person. I've spoken to her quite a few times and she is just amazing at managing things. We had problems like the offer on the property and valuation issues as well but jade is the one who contacted us straightaway and guided us with the possibilities and helped us out in every possible way she can. We actually had a buyer pull out the first time around - but both times Up Estates sold our property really quickly. It was sold again within days of the first buyer dropping out. We were adamant on the price we wanted, both Aliya and Emily worked hard to sell the house and manage the process so we got the full asking price. Despite a slow response on the buyers side at times, they couldn’t have done a better job at marketing and selling our property from sale to completion. Would definitely recommend!

Up Estates sold my house and worked with me throughout the whole process of moving into my new home. Emily at Up Estates has been incredible chasing up people when required and overall making the stress of moving house a lot easier. They sold my house fast for the price I wanted and then made sure every step of the way I was kept in the loop. Emily was brilliant! I was the buyer of a property that UP were selling. Whenever I needed to contact Emily she was always available and super helpful. The whole team were great they facilitated a second viewing for me and communication was excellent when the sale hit a bump in the road Emily went out of her way to try and help. Thank you we are now in our forever home and we are very grateful.

Very impressed with the service and regular updates of progress. The on line portal was extremely useful and easy to navigate for up to date information and sales progress of both buyers and sellers.
