i ordered some bikinis that i was really excited about. the package was delivered to an entirely wrong address despite the right address being listed for delivery. i tried to resolve this with customer service, or really just get a response, and i never did. they totally ghosted me :(

There was a very strong chemical smell from the jeans I recently ordered when I opened the package. Also, returning the item(it’s too big) cost me $7 from the refund. I would rather order from places like Free People where returning items is free of charge.
