This is a legit place to shop! Y’all, why didn’t I find this years ago? I’m a big designer clothes shopper and was a little hesitant to try this because of all the scams out there. But, this site is amazing. You can purchase name brand clothing for a fraction of the price. I love the sales they run all the time. And, the quick shipping and sublime packaging to top it off makes this my new shopping spot. I have purchased multiple items and am fully satisfied.

Super fast delivery and items in pristine condition!

Who knew there was such a great way to purchase name brand, high quality clothes affordably, with beyond expectation customer service? Love love love what I bought, and on items that didn’t fit, there was already a paid return label with a return slip in the box. No going online and wading through the returns process, or paying to return purchased items. Amazing. I am a forever customer. Wish I’d found them earlier!

My expectations were exceeded. I received my order within 3 day with products exactly as I desired.

10/12/2023 update: soon after posting this review my issue was resolved. It’s a shame that I had to post this review to get support. The woman who helped me was friendly and took care of the issue right away.

I want to be able to post a 5 star review, but my most recent experience has been both frustrating and concerning. I returned 7 items (one was an incorrect item) - all in the same box with the return forms filled out as instructed - and only received a credit for 2 of the items. Over the past week I have contacted the company through email and chat channels. I want to love this company - they have great products, great prices and quick shipping. HOWEVER, experiences like this one make me question the company’s legitimacy.

Prices can't be beat. Loved my items. Had to exchange one item for a smaller size and received it in days. Bought a pair of boots at an unbelievable price and I love them. Sells for 245.00 but I got them for 35.00!!!.

Just the quality, price, and very fast shipping. I love the designers that are in here and the size guide and the easy to use app. Everything came super quickly and as described.

I wanted an orange Liverpool jacket & when I went to their site they were out of my size. Otrium popped up with my size at a much lower price. I took a chance & am happily surprised that it is the real deal!!!

Beware false marketing. Saw item on their site as available. Ordered it, never received anything, did get email offering me a 25% discount on future orders and that they couldn't find item to ship so they were REFUNDING order.

Waited a few days, website showed item out of stock this time and a few days later, item available again on order site.

I placed order again, this time AGAIN, NEVER RECEIVED ITEM, and have email saying that they can't item because they can't find it.

If they have warehouse issues, that's one thing but to promote an item, take my money and days later decide they can't fulfill order is not professional or fair business practice

Reminds of my favorite online app MyHabbit. Love their Reiss sales!

I called customer service as soon as I got my package because one sweater was missing and they sent two jumpsuits instead of one. The rep demanded that I send pictures of the extra jumpsuit with tags (which were nonexistent, by the way) and subsequently, they would instruct me on how to send it back at no charge. It sounded inconvenient, but reasonable until he said that they would not return my money or ship the missing sweater until they receive the extra jumpsuit they sent by THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Not only do I have to take a picture according to their instructions, go to the post office and send this extra item back, but I have to wait for them to receive the package, so they can do their internal investigation with their warehouse. After all of this is done, they will return the money for the sweater they never sent. Somehow I have to bear the consequences of their incompetence, when the solution was simple: return the money of the missing item immediately or ship it right away and send me a label to send back the repeated item.

You can return the current item free of charge, by indicating 'Wrong product received' (code 4) as the return reason on the return form. We will make sure the return costs are not being charged. I was hesitant initially since I had never heard of this website, but it has been awesome! I have placed 3 orders so far, great prices and great products. I had to return an item and it was a breeze! They included a return label in the box and sent me an email when they received the package back. This is a great company and I'll continue to buy from them!

I found Otrium by accident. I love Marc Cain clothing and found that Otrium carries the brand at reduced prices which fits my budget better than full price. I was able to add three items to my collection. Purchasing was easy and everything fits so I didn't have to return anything, however I appreciated the enclosed shipping label in case of returns and the reasonable price of returns.
