Otrium 

Deserves 5 stars but the shipping lacked performance, to say the least. It's Otrium's fault ultimately for hiring a shipping company like Lasership that in turn hires poorly trained staff that routinely mishandles customers' merchandise.

Case in point, my expensive shoes arrived in a crushed box that appeared to have fallen under some other heavy item. I'm lucky that no damage was made to the shoes.

I wonder how many returns Otrium eats thanks to Lasership. There's a necessary (shipping/handling) cost Otrium, but it shouldn't be incurred at the cost of losing revenue, as in customers.

Amazing prices on designer clothing! I got 2 pairs of Paige jeans for about $60, normally they run $150-300 each! Fast shipping too. Now that I know my size in those jeans I will definitely get more. Highly recommend

Love this site. Higher quality brands with incredible prices. It’s now my go to 100%. One disclaimer but far from a deal breaker; temper your expectations on the shipping dates. They seem to run 3-4 days behind schedule w/o the industry standard notifications. It wouldn’t stop me from using this company. I just know it’ll take longer than promised which is fine by me. I’ll be returning a few items from my next order so I’ll update to comment on their return policies

i put an order on 1st of the month and there is no update of the order getting shipped or the status of when the order is going to be delivered. its been 3 days and still waiting for their reply to my emails.

Great reliable service. Love the selection. Wish they had more sizing but I know this might be due to demand or the retailer giving extra inventory which happens to be very small or very large sizes.

After my initial issue with placing an order and not receiving an order confirmation I eventually received a confirmation and tracking number but upon receipt of the package they have sent the wrong item! I ordered a $210 leather tote and they sent me a canvas bag instead with a ripped return note that is absolutely not usable. Needles to say I will never order from this website again and recommend that no one else does.

Great products at unexpectedly fabulous pricing. The shipping is free and FAST. Their sizing and product descriptions are on the money.

The jacket I got came with an original hanger and was packaged in a box, not a bag. I don’t know if this is pretty standard with Otrium, but it sure was nice.

Great experience trying out Otrium for the first time. I hadn't heard of their website or app before, but their other reviews made me give them a try. My order arrived incredibly quickly, all my items were great and I didn't return a single thing. I'll definitely order from Otrium again.

Barefoot dreams at fantastic prices

I received 2 pair of shoes today and needed to send them back. Your customer service phone line does NOT work and I left 3 emails. I wanted to find out the shipping fees you charge to return the shoes but no one ever got back to me. I was trying to evaluate if I should pay the shipping fee with the post office or use your label but your customer service is of no value!!! Why didn't you just respond instead of responding with a generic message saying someone will get back with you shortly!!! That did NOT happen and I did go ahead and use your label. Hopefully your company doesn't charge too much for return shipping since no one responded!!!

It was easy to return the items I didn’t like or fit. The return label was in the box, plus I could reuse the box.
Because of this I am willing to buy more clothes- because the return is so easy and if I like them- that’s great!

This company is really impressive. They have an extremely wide variety of brands and items at incredible prices. I've purchased two things so far and will be back for more. The shipping times are usually outstanding, my last order was delayed, but that was a carrier issue, not Otrium.
