The products that I have received have all been brand new - some still in the original plastic wrapping from the original company. Shipping is extremely fast. I don’t think I’ve had an order take longer than 3 business days to get to me.

Only criticism I can give is to eliminate the return fee. Being an online only store, it’s impossible to know if the product will be satisfactory or not.

I recently purchased from this company for the first time in July. The prices were great and they had a sale. I received a fushia pink gown instead of a maroon blazer. However, the next day I called and a person answered. They took care of my problem immediately! I was able to order another and returned the item with no issues. Simple back in the box and use of the return label. I had my order two days later on a Sunday and my return was credited in one day. The items were beautiful and I was very happy. This is my new go to online store!

Have placed 3 orders so far, and each time I received high quality items that were as described and then had no issues returning items I did not want. They do charge a return shipping fee, but this is disclosed up front.

Otrium has great products and pricing with fast ship. If something doesn't fit they have swift return processing.

I ordered (US0143901) a mens jacket and received womens shoes, warehouse negligence. The customer service person who responded to me stated I can have free shipping on any order I make to replace the item. That email was dated 7/31/2023, the free shipping expired 7/31/2023!? I asked if they can ship the jacket i ordered, it seems like they can't be bothered, they want to refund and move on. I also asked if they could ship a different color they have in stock. I called them, a nice message stating someone will be with you shortly and then it auto hangs up. If they resolve this i will update or remove the review. I have had some great experiences with them, this is not one of them. 8/14 issue never resolved, returned shoes and yet to receive a refund.

5 stars may seem strange because I had to return every item. Not Otrium's fault. The items were either too big or too small -- a problem with sizing numbers around the world. The items were gorgeous -- beautifully made, outstanding fabrics. I ordered some of them in different sizes; let's see how that works out. Delivery great, packaging great, returns couldn't be easier.

Great prices for awesome brands! On some brands you just need to be prepared to get the UK vs US sizes delivered but not a deal breaker as their customer service is great!

The company offers wonderful designer items at a deeply discounted price point! Shipping was free over a specific qualifying amount, and arrived quickly compared to many similar websites. Everything was packaged with care and arrived in perfect condition. I am a big fan of this website and have even already reordered!

Great introduction to some really great designers and brands I was unfamiliar with. Quality of clothing is top notch but keep in mind European sizing is a little different from US sizing.
