4 stars only because my last order was lost in transit. I don't blame Otrium. It took a while for a resolution contacting the carrier and Otrium. In the end my order was refunded and I was given a generous coupon code for the inconvenience. I was really looking forward to receiving the items which are now no longer available. It's a bit of a treasure hunt.

I ordered a hat I had seen on other sites that I loved. It was on clearance. Price was fantastic. So much so that I thought it was too good to be true. It turns out it was. Once my order has been placed. I received the email saying that it was placed but there was no tracking number just in order number. I was then unable to log into the website and get a tracking number. I did however received three or four emails from the company in German. I speak English. I ordered in English.
However, the hat did arrive. Within about 5 days. Not bad; except I had ordered a wide broom fedora teardrop shape top with a pencil curl on the brim. When they open the box instead of packing it the long way like anybody would have. They packed it sideways so that the front brim in the back brim were bent up at ridiculous angles and the headband and shape of the hat was mangled. I took a photograph. It looks like somebody stomped on it. Luckily I know hats and I rehabbed it into a sensible looking hat. When I realized that the hat that that I had in my hand was not the hat that I ordered. Wrong brim no pencil curl. Wrong ribbon. Same color as hat, not darker brown. It was literally the wrong hat. Today is Saturday I received the package Friday. I don't know what I'm going to do. My experience, Otrium left me feeling Had. Like they got me .. you know like a sucker.

Love the prices and how quick they are to find a solution! The products are good but need newer offers. They have to cut the sending costs. There's just so many competitors out there to keep charging clients to send and to return products!!

I love Otrium: it has very eclectic and high quality merchandise at very good prices; delivery and return are easy and efficient. I've purchased many items and continue to count Otrium my go to shop.

These guys charged me and did not provide the order confirmation nor shipping details. I was conveniently charged a pretty penny for shipping. Their file a request form does not work, nor does their facebook respond called 5 times and their phones hang up on you. This is not a real company I’m filing a complaint to the better business bureau and fraud to my bank. Avoid them. Customer service is 0/100.
