Love that Otrium is helping manage excess inventory in the fashion industry and love that they are doing it with such style! The get 25 give 25, wasn't calculated on final total. I feel awful giving out a friend email, for nothing, what a bait switch. Not going through with order, do not trust to give card number, your site and integrity is questionable.

A true gem
My experience has been really well with the 4 orders I’ve placed. Quick shipping, genuine quality products and an easy return process if necessary. They did ship me the incorrect jeans on one order but I find that happens with all online stores if you buy enough items.

I have spent an obscene amount of money on Otrium! But I’ve saved an unbelievable amount on new, stylish summer clothes! There are so many good brands for crazy good prices! The shipping is crazy fast from the time you order, and returns are seamless and hassle free! Customer service was helpful when I was sent the wrong size in something I purchased. They waved return cost, and gave me a coupon for my troubles! I’ve told just about everyone I know about Otrium! When people ask where I bought my clothes, I tell them the crazy low price I paid there!

The quality of the website is great - it’s extremely easy to navigate and not too cluttered. Most of the products have a very clear and concise product description. I appreciate that they have a link for each designer so you can learn more about the designers that you were purchasing from. The price point is pretty perfect and I absolutely adore my white leather Piloti sneakers. Everything I purchase feels of high quality and fits superbly.
