The instructions were very detailed
The instructions were very detailed, which was appreciated since the process is lengthy and very specific. The only complaint that I have is we purchased to have the company create us a prepaid shipping label for us to mail in our paperwork. What we didn’t know was that when we went to mail the paperwork, the people at the post office gave us a priority envelope which you cannot use with a GROUND prepaid shipping label. So all of the paperwork got sent back to us which delayed things by about 1 to 2 weeks.

Get a good background for your picture first then proceed.
I had my daughter help me to get my passport information and picture then I came home and I did my husbands.
The one thing we had trouble with was the white background. Even with our room painted white it wouldn’t except our background it took finally after using copy paper taped together moving in different areas of our house. If I may suggest before a person proceeds have them take the picture first. Then proceed with the application. It was rather nerve racking trying to get the picture accepted while knowing we had all the information in the application.

Website was clear, easy and fast. Save me lots of time. Had a little trouble getting my passport picture to upload, but that was the fault of the place that took the picture. Had to use a selfie I took on my phone. LOL
