Hi, Service forgot about my car and after 2,5 hour passed, I asked if I can get my car as planned and they notived that service has not started work yet. Then it was lunch time. Then mechanic damaged the new tire and they were not able to change the tires. Also there was a part which I have left in the service previous time for paint and it was not ready and I had to make another appointment. I waited for 7 hours without action.
Then I received an invoice which was incorrect. The sum was higher than the listed items. It was communicated as acummulation error due to very old system you have. Even I objected, it was not accepted but system error was comfirmed. My experience this time was horrible.

They promised to investigate and let me know asap => they did not contact me anymore.
I called several times Van Mossel prive' lease, they always answered they would investigate => no one contacted me.
Last wednesday I contacted again Van Mossel, they were surprises and they found my tyres in a certain warehouse. They also promised the Van Mossel Hapert would have contacted me asap to fix an appointment => no one contacted me.
So, I am still waiting to get my service, so to replace my winter tyres with the summer ones. More than a month has gone. And it is almost summer.
