Got most the stuff I order but got sent the wrong coils and received no reply to my email about it

Great product just the delivery time is a bit long as my gf orders from a different place which came in 2 days. Mine came 6 after ordering but can not complain about anything else as it does actually state 3-5 days.

Ordered 2 weeks ago with delivery in 3-5 days....still nothing and no response

Shame on you Vape Cloud Uk i'm getting bombarded with emails pretending to show your concerns about Covid-19 when only it is really a sales email preying on people's fears and making a profit out of it. Sending emails selling vital equipment like Face masks and hand sanitizer that the NHS could use. Stick to selling Vapes and donate any vital PPE to the NHS I will not be purchasing any vapes from you ever again.

Ordered a week ago and paid extra for 24hr delivery. I understand there be some delay at the moment but still not came today, when will it be? Two weeks? Can i just cancel my order? And get a refund? Over £40

Pleased to get masks but getting them loose meant I didnt know how or when they were last handled. So I left them for 48 hours before using 1st one.
Maybe medical people and carers should be made aware you have a supply as a priority customer?

Had a phone call to say my order had been forgotten about which is ok but there was no urgency at all after the phone call. I am Now on day 10 no ecig liquid, no coils and waiting around too see if today's the day they may be delivered
