My 16 year old daughter accidentally signed up to this bunch of scammers. We are now £115 out of pocket for a provisional licence which should have cost £30. They need to be stopped. I’ve cancelled... See more
Absolutely disgusting that these people can get away with this. I managed to get £40 of my £81 back but took several emails and phone calls. Surely something can be done as they know exactly what they... See more

Do not give up trust me!
Well....I also got caught out on this.
People make mistakes but for some reason this company thought that they were exempt from giving people their money back even to the point they would absolutely refuse its their fault and they were NOT refunding me.
I know that everyone has the right of a cooling off period which is normally 14 days. This ridiculous corrupt company also tried to offer me £16 instead of my £95 refund. After many many emails back and forth I sent my last one to them telling them I have gone through my banks claims team to claim my money back with all the email trails that I've also sent. I also informed them that I have emailed trading standards.
2 days later I had my full £95 back from them after going quiet and it was a refund directly from drivers licence application themselves.
DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY AFTER A GENUINE MISTAKE.
Oh and I also received my brand new drivers license for FREE! :)
I’ve joined the ranks of the scammed!
I’ve joined the ranks of the scammed!
Thought I was applying on the official government website for a photo licence which costs £20. Only found out I’d paid £101 when I got my Barclaycard statement.
Have discussed it with Barclaycard and will be filling in a dispute form. Not sure how it’s all going to end, but will take courage from some of the feedback from here.
Never thought I’d be scammed. I’m always so careful!!
Also I agreed with all the comments about not being able to find any contact details for this company.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company. Charges £95 for renewal of licence then said they need more. Refused to give me a refund
We were scammed today
Beware of being scammed when renewing your license

I've just been mislead by this company…
I've just been mislead by this company who offered a service I didn't need and paid £81 for the privilege! I cannot find any contact details, I tried to stop the payment and the bank have said they can only get involved if I don't get my driving licence although it was flagged up as potential fraud by them! My bank gave me an email address that doesn't work. Vehicle online confirmation email is blank and the reply option doesn't work. Does anyone have their contact details please. Also beware that they take out £81 annually if you don't stop it
Avoid at all cost.
Avoid at all cost.
I thought this was the DVLA web page and only realised it was not when they took a payment of £81 from my bank account. More worryingly they now have my driver's license number and my NI number.BE AWARE!!!!
Thanks to all you left hints and tips…
Thanks to all you left hints and tips here for getting our money back. It worked a treat. Took about 5 days and lots of lower offers but we got there in the end with the ‘service charge’ refunded. We kept pushing our consumer rights to be treated openly and reasonably and our right to cancel the service. The cost was not clear and neither was the service being ‘offered’ which was inappropriately and purposely misleading. Keep on and don’t let them draw you in debating how they might be not at fault and you should get your money back as they don’t want the potential for prosecution. I must admit though the scammers always provide best customer service. Most emails responded back in a hour or so, some late at night which tells its own story. Good luck and thanks again got those who took the trouble to share their experiences.
Fell for this scam
Avoid this website. I was applying for my licence and was in a rush. I clicked this website by mistake. I filled all the info and was about to pay when I realised it was going to charge me a ridiculous amount , It's only then I realised it was a 3rd party scam.
I quit before paying and processing the information. My concern is that they have all my details now. Has anybody had experience with them using the details for malicious intent?
Vehiclesornservices are scammers
On the 7th of July 2021 trying to arrange various things one of which was to sorn my car off road I had my tax letter infront of me and thought I'd gone through to the proper place to do so, I did think it was a little weird at the time having to pay to sorn it off road but with all the issues I had going on at the time I continued and paid 37.50 I know its not as much as others on here have been conned out of but it's still money 🙄. As it was a couple of months ago now I don't know if there's any way of gettin this refunded. I only found out about this as today I received a letter from the DVLA stating I'm going to get a penalty charge as my car isn't listed as insured/taxed or SORN🙄 so this vehicle services is a scam as they have taken money and not completed a service. Can anyone give me any advice on what I can do or if I can actually do anything about this?

SCOUNDRELS with Deceiving website
Deceiving website having '.co.uk' address Organisation has paid Google to appear at the top of any Driving Licence renewal searches. Based in Estonia, and (surprise surprise!!) one is unable to contact them, so expect to be defrauded as they have collected absolutely every piece of information to enable them to commit an ID fraud and to sell your details on to third parties. Suggest you secure your identity through CIFAS
SHAME on GOOGLE for enabling them to appear at top of searches
Unethical but not a scam
Although this website is not a scam (they do offer genuine services in return for a fee and you will receive a driving licence) they rely on misleading people for business. I have reported all their adverts for the various sites they operate and they are no longer appearing above gov.uk on my Google search so I hope that is the same for others.
If you do purchase through this or associated sites (payment will appear as "APPLICATION ONLINE" on your bank statement) DO NOT PANIC!
The website displays their Privacy Policy which is in accordance with GDPR, and you can request that all your data is deleted, as per your rights under GDPR. They have confirmed to me, in writing, that my data is deleted.
Also, as stated by other reviews, you can get the £80 fee back. I sent 6 emails in the end before being offered a full refund. Do NOT say it was a mistake on your part, maintain that you were misled into purchasing their services and at no point were you advised on the fee:
"As stated previously I do not require the services offered by yourselves. I completed the application on my phone, and the website is deliberately misleading. I did not "expressly declare" that I was aware of the terms and conditions, as the box was already ticked. On the payment page, the only price quoted is "Government processing fee £14", which deliberately misinforms the applicant.
On the basis of the above, I am willing to go to a small claims court, and I have been advised that my case would be successful. Please therefore refund me the £80 in full."
Everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite and they always responded very quickly so I cannot fault their customer services; albeit their business model is wholly unethical!
Who can i report this site to ?

I naively entered all my data and expecting to be scammed left right and centre now - fortunately, i did not pay.
This same Estonian based website is…
This same Estonian based website is also advertising as Driverlicensingservices.co.uk
Although they’re happy to take your cash, it’s obviously not their main purpose If they are prepared to refund all of your cash( after a long struggle!) it’s clear that they’ve got what they really want! YOUR IDENTITY!!!!!
Help!
Help!! I think my husband has fell for this… applied for a provisional license for our son, he thought it was DVLA, paid £114. Heard nothing…
How can we contact them???
Yes i have been scammed can someone…
Yes i have been scammed can someone please provide me there email address to try and claim money back.
Do not use this website
Do not use this website. It is a scam. I thought I was on the website for renewing my driving license as I’m over 70 and this was the first time I had to renew. I genuinely thought I was on the government website and entered personal detail on the form, such as date of birth, my maiden name, mother’s name, passport number and NI number and it was only as I got to the last page where I was asked to pay that I smelt a rat. The cost was £80, which I knew was wrong and then I looked at the small print and found this “Company” is based in Tallin in Estonia, fortunately I didn’t provide bank details, but I am extremely worried as they have a lot of my personal information and am really concerned as they have obviously kept my details as I received an email from them the day after reminding me that I hadn’t finished my application - Cheek!!!
I also received a scam text the same day, reputedly from DPD about not being able to deliver a parcel. I wasn’t expecting any delivery so didn’t click on the link contained within the text as DPD usually email me. I noticed that another reviewer also received a similar text, so just keep an eye out for other suspicious texts and emails.
DO NOT USE!!! £114 for a Provisional Driving Licence! Make sure you are on DVLA website!!
Update: A full refund has been agreed after 6 emails!! Dont give up!!.......
When I applied for a Provisional Driving Licence for my son and the information & questions asked were the same as DVLA, I had no reason to believe this wasnt the DVLA official website!
The payment page did not state the cost would be £114!!
I did not receive any sort of email confirmation from them, only a text message from
'DL Assist' (there was no option to reply to this message either!) advising the Licence was being processed. If I had received an email confirmation I would have queried it straight away.
I only realised when I looked at my credit card statement. My credit card provider has advised they can do nothing, as they have provided a 'service', even though my credit card provider receives numerous daily calls of complaints about them!
Absolutely disgusted!
Thanks to other reviews on here I found an email address and have sent them a threatening email .... I am waiting a response...
I was in a rush and used this site
I was in a rush and used this site. After paying I realised I had paid £94 for a £14 service.
Thanks to the other reviewers I have got £80 back.
It took ages to get any sort of decent refund back. Probably 20 emails and by about the 30th they agreed the full 80.
It seems that what ever answer you reply eventually you’ll get the full refund as reading other reviews it’s very calculated and they seem to offer the same sort of refund. After offering me £54 the offer of £80 came through quickly and 3 days later it’s in my account.
Please keep on at them to get a refund.
I also got my licence with a few days .
