Very bad service and they always want money with you.
Spend 1 year in this very bad mantinance and every time if any thing damage they want money.

One agent was kind and courteous. The other was intolerable, unempathetic and just a bully. Laughed at me when I told her I could be homeless. Zero dignity or integrity.

Tenancy commenced during construction - never told anyone about this. The work is still ongoing and not ideal if you work shifts or from home
Rude management including maintenance manager.
Home views states there is a cinema room - there is no such thing or a study room. Tenants have been lied to regarding this.
Carpets are not dog friendly and furniture is cheap and breaks
Fire alarm goes off all the time and there is little explanation as to why. 30 minutes and more that's as loud as a military arm. People are so used to it no one leaves there apartment because its always a hoax. The fire engine must be sick of this place.
Place is decorated like social housing. Strange hallways and interior.

I am leaving in Velocity Village, 11 solly street. I can say my experience here was horrible and like a dark nightmare. There is comprehensive construction going on here, but they did not inform me while I was signing the contract. Every day they wake me up with strong no side of drills and hammers. There is no CCTV here, and my parcel is getting lost repeatedly. Thieves just broke my mail box, and management t do not care at all. The elevator is not functional most of the time. I really want to cry loudly. I will record a video and post it on youtube so you all can see what terrible accommodation it is!
