I am a new customer with little to no…

I am a new customer with little to no idea what I am doing when it comes to web sites and hosting.
I have spent a bit of time with tech support trying to get my head around it. All the people I have spoken to have been polite, knowledgeable, and patient.
I googled various companies before I committed to VentraIP, now I understand why they are among the top rated. Thanks guys, keep it up. I'm sure I will need your tech support again lol.

Finally got through

Hated the length of time and the raucous recording whilst waiting for a representative to attend my call.
Dylan was amazing and very helpful for me with my limited IT skills. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we were able to resolve the issue.
