The process of searching and selecting domain names was good.
The process of putting my payment request for 15 domain name variations on hold and subject to manual review prior to payment proceding needs improvement. The explanation given for being put on payment hold (use of VPN, fraud, being outside Australia, etc) turned out not to be the true reason for being placed on processing hold (i.e. applying for many domain names at the same time). You could simply state that requests for several domain requests at the same time will be subject to a manual review and a call-back within a stated service time (e.g. 5 minutes). Requiring the customer to call you to get it sorted out should at least include a call-back arrangement to prevent that new customer from sitting on the telephone for up to 30 minutes (your stated average wait time).

He made the experience easy and was able to help with my issues and have them corrected quickly while giving me all of the relevant information.
Every query is important even from a non tech savvy client.
Queue system excellent. However this time round guess Mega May Sales time means my phone wait was around 25 mins.
Service staff was busy and took a bit of time with each client on their queries.
Which is exactly what Service staff Amy did. She took me through every query. Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel all my questions were valid and she understood. She was patient,very knowledgeable, calm and professional. I have to say,I didn't realise that in May yearly,I could even renew my hosting website due in Nov, in May with surprise 30% off. Sure was a bonus surprise for me. I was going to renew one of 2 domains. Ended up with renewed domain and bonus discount of my hosting site in May. Amy helped me and got both done on the phone,seamlessly!I am very impressed. Thanks very much to Amy.

Quick and easy
George answered the phone quickly so I wasn't on hold for very long. He was knowledgable and easy to talk to. He explained what was going on for me and helped me to solve the problem quickly and easily.
He also answered a couple of other questions that I had as well and cleared that up for me as well.
