Friendly, polite, approachable staff who afford you the time and space to peruse the vehicle. They do not hover, crowd, or present hard sell tactics - which is a refreshing and pleasant change to car purchases in the past. The whole experience felt customer led, that I was in control rather than being swept along.

Highly recommended dealership
First and foremost we were fortunate to buy our car with the assistance of Naglis from the Mansfield dealership. Naglis was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided answers to our numerous questions with patience and good humour. We were introduced to managers who were also polite and helpful. We are very pleased with our car and the service provided particularly by Naglis. He is a valuable asset to the organisation and we would highly recommend both Naglis and the dealership.

Great car buying experience
The time and patience shown by Jamie Jackson was highly commendable. Nothing was too much trouble as he explained in intricate detail the workings of the vehicle we were interested in. Jamie made us feel relaxed and under no pressure or obligation.

We ordered a new Tayron in June with an…
We ordered a new Tayron in June with an estimated delivery time for Feb 26. We were informed in a timely manner with the progress of the order .Just prior to Christmas we had a call from Stefan to say it had arrived and arranged a mutually convenient time to collect the Tayron.
On the 30th Dec. we arrived and after we finalised the paperwork the vehicle was uncovered in the showroom which was a nice touch to make the occasion quite special, even a couple of customers came over to have a cheeky look at the pristine motor.
All in all probably the best reveal we’ve had on picking up a new car, and we’ve had quite a few over the last 50 Years. The staff was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.
