Vista Phones 

I ordered (4) new keypads for my Panasonic wireless phones for my phone system at work - as buttons were sticking. I watched video on how to install and did each phone in about 10 minutes each. Now they work like brand new! Great $ saver!!

Searched the web for a handset for an older Panasonic phone system that the manufacturer no longer carries. Found these guys carried it in stock, ordered it online at a reasonable price and it got to my home in a few days, faster than expected. Nice!

Still waiting a week after the order for you to get the phone in stock. If you don't have something you shouldn't be selling it. As a vendor this makes me look bad to my customer as they are expecting a phone and I can't deliver.

When I need something else I will go to Vista

Finding a real Polycom star phone for anything less than $250 is a rare thing, but Vista had a "gently used" one for well under that price. I wanted this for my elderly parents, so they could both hear me better when I call and so I could hear them better as well. Vista shipped the phone very quickly, packed it well, and I got a great Polycom that works wonderfully for my parents. It had everything advertised, which was everything I needed. No problems of any kind, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a phone or phone system.

My company ordered a 4 Line phone system. We needed to purchase 2 Splitters to separate the lines. Every Splitters we purchased failed until we called Vista Phones. Now our lines are up & running. Thanks.

The measure of a good company is standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with the speakerphone on a Polycom 560 and returned it under warranty. The phone was promptly repaired and returned, and it has worked perfectly ever since. They were very pleasant and responsive throughout the process.
