Very speedy delivery and competitive prices
I've made two orders with Vitapoint and both have been delivered extremely fast (within 48 hours).
For clarity, the two orders were for shoe deodorisers (Beauty Formulas Odour Control Foot & Shoe Care Spray and Neutradol Deofab Fabric Deodoriser. The Neutradol one didn't work on my shoes. The Beauty Formulas one does seem to be working well and only time will tell.).
Their prices are also very competitive.

Zero for customer service…
Only received part of my order from VitaPoint... Ordered 16/05/25 next day delivery...
Contacted customer service a week later and only got an automated response.
Found out from Amazon delivery tracking that my parcels were damaged in transit and will not be delivered. No help from Vitapoint customer service and it's been 3 weeks now... Its a shame as they have a lot of good products and I only purchased because of other good reviews...
Should have backed out when there was no PayPal option at checkout even though it's logo is on their website footer... I will be organising with my bank to retrieve my payment...
Update:
I sent at least 5 emails over the last 3 weeks. Only when I mentioned contacting Trading Standards, I finally got a response... Apparently they "do not have a policy in place to re-send items"
and will issue a refund for the missing items. This was only confirmed in their 3rd response email yesterday (11/06/25) after some back and forth to confim recieved/missing items including having to send them imagesof the items recieved... They did not issue the refund as soon as they heard about the issue as they said in their response below... Only after I had to chase them and provide all the information for the missing items on my order with the prices and product codes! Surely they could have found that information themselves their order records...
Ridiculous! I certainly will not be ordering again! Avoid!
2nd Update:
The refund has been credited to my account now so at least there is that...
If you do choose to order anything from this company, I'd only purchase one thing at a time... They clearly can't handle anything more than that!

First time using Vitapoint therefore I…
First time using Vitapoint therefore I was a tad apprehensive as I’ve not heard of them before. I’m pleased to say however that the whole process from start to finish was as smooth as possible: I firstly received a confirmation email upon ordering my items, another confirmation email followed with the expected delivery date, another once the items had been shipped, and a final once it had all been delivered. Would recommend.

Vitapoint are Scammers in my Experience
Scammers in my experience. Ordered a parcel - No updates from the company - still not arrived 3 weeks later - Evri tracking said sender (Vitapoint) requested a return to them - Vitapoint kept my funds until prompted - then returned the funds- still no explanation as to why they asked for the parcel back - went onto their chat and they lied first off saying that the parcel had been lost in transit - AVOID AVOID
