Saw a consultant within a week
I spoke to an online GP almost immediately and was in the office of a specialist surgeon within a week. Being able to select a surgeon and read their profiles/areas of expertise was reassuring and - judging by the quality of reviews of all three I was offered locally on Doctify - all were good options. Smooth process.

I had a productive and helpful engagement with a very caring and motivated staff member. The staff member who spoke to us over the phone was very generous with her energy and care regarding our enquiry about a claim. She was patient when we needed to take time to assemble relevant data about our claim and transfer information over the phone, which is always difficult anyway. We managed to resolve our questions within the phone call after a short 'hold' and are very satisfied with the level of detail and clarity of information we received. Top notch customer service.
