Not to long ago, I received a phone call from my parents,saying that they can't use the thermomix anymore. Whenever they tried to plug it in, the whole electricity in the flat will turn off. Got in contact really quick with my independent thermomix advisor that helped me purchase the lovely device. She did all the preperations for me to send the thermomix to be looked at. That made my life so easy. I thank Natalia T. For all her help and suport. The collection and drop of was thunder speed. Mr. Robert from thermomix was really kind to hear my complaint and keept me updated on the process. I am really grateful for all his help as well. Really polite and open to help.
The service team keept me updated and also solved my problem really fast. I thank the whole service team for the hard work and for sending my thermomix back and running perfectly without any issues again.

I had originally scheduled a Thermomix demo with someone else, but unfortunately, I was stood up. Thankfully, Ankita stepped in at the last minute—and I’m so glad she did!

I had an issue with my 2-months old TM6. Of course I wasn't impressed with this, but I was lucky enough to receive a call from Robert Chapman who offered to replace my TM6 with a brand new one. He listened with care and empathy and quickly came to a resolution.

I spoke to Robert Chapman today about an “accident” that had occurred with my TM7.
His response was very professional. It was a pleasure to speak to him. He is a total credit to your company.
I would have no hesitation to call again if necessary. I absolutely love my TM7 and will be encouraging my Friends to join the “Thermo” club!

Really good products, i have lots of this brand in our house and we all love it, Thermomix is our no.1 in the kitchen and then kobold to clean our house, we have also little vaccum for crumbs and i love it for a quick clean. Never had a problem to dealt with customer service when warranty need it etc. Highly recommended

From sharing recipes and ideas to showing new tricks and techniques that helped me gain more confidence using my thermomix. She is exceptional.
