Consistently good
This is my third machine after purchasing an original Wattbike and a gen 1 Atom, I have nothing bad to say about the machines or the company and I'm sure that my latest Atom will be just as good as the other two.

I returned my purchase for a refund and was given a 50% refund payment without any explanation.
Update - Charlotte contacted me today to explain this was an admin oversight and my refund was processed correctly. Thank you for your help to rectify this.

Had an issue with the power supply and reckoned my Atom needed a service after 5 years. Very quick response and Edward the engineer did a fantastic job both fixing the problem and servicing the bike which is like a new bike now. Great customer service thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that the engineer was able to resolve all of the issues you reported, but I'm sorry that the overall service experience fell short of what we expect.
Our standard basic service is designed to take approximately 30 minutes, and I can see that the engineer was on site for around this length of time. However, I appreciate your comments regarding the bar tape, protection of your flooring and leaving the area tidy. These are all things we would expect our engineers to take care with, regardless of the length of the appointment.
In terms of the £200 service cost, I appreciate that this may seem expensive, but this reflects the overall cost of providing a trained engineer at your home, including their travel time, specialist training, parts and the service itself.
Thank you again for your feedback — we'll take your comments on board.
Very happy with the bike and the company!
We were able to get all our questions answered in a live video session, ordered a Proton bike and it was shipped the same day. We've had the bike for a few weeks now and are very happy with it. It's easy to adjust for our different heights, and works well with our favorite apps. Setup was easy, the bike is solid, smooth and fairly quiet.

Bringing My Old Watt Bike Back To Life
Once I got hold of Wattbike Customer Care Team (Matt was my contact), he kept me informed at relevant moments along the way. My issue was fixing a new part on an old bike which required a wait period to source the part and then we had to manage the installation. While this process was lengthy due to my unusual request, I was get updated which is great for me. Once we had part, it was fitted by Service engineer when we both agreed the date. The job was completed in no time and now my old bike is new again!! And by the way Service Engineer, a great representative of your organisation.

Service and repair of Wattbike Atom
We had an issue with the gear shifters and the Wattbike needed a service. All this was completed extremely well by the mechanic who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was on time and cleaned up after himself.
