Lauren was an absolute star. I walked in to try out wedding dresses for the first time in my life and Lauren was very patient and encouraging. I found my dress by trusting Lauren and ended up feeling like a princess ❤️ thank you Lauren and her lovely manager- who gave me affirmations after finding my dress

Warm friendly greeting on arrival by Karen. Professional and enjoyable bridal experience, that every bride deserves. Karen did not rush me with my choices, she gave me all the time I felt i needed. Would recommend WED2B to any future bride.

From start to finish it was made to feel relaxed and listened too , Briony could not do enough for me in the Edinburgh store , she new exactly what she was doing and that gave me confidence that she helped me find my perfect dress for my special day .

Tonya was amazing!!!!! I had the most incredible experience today. We were greeted by Rebecca, the Store Manager and she was friendly and polite as soon as we walked in the door. Tonya then took over and led my appointment. She listened to all of my views and was so excited for me. She helped me carefully try on multiple dresses until I found the one. Tonya you made this experience incredible and I will always remember the love and care you demonstrated to me today. It meant the world to me as I prepare for my big day. What a lovely experience today at wed2b manchester, it was my first time trying dresses so I was a little nervous, Louise was so lovely and helpful and made me feel at ease, I fell in love with the first dress I tried on and was able to take it home today which was fab! All the girls were so lovely and complimented me in my dress which gave me a confidence boost, I highly recommend this store to any brides to be!

The ladies at Southampton were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the dress. I was really apprehensive about dress shopping as I am on the larger size and they made me feel good and had very good attention to detail. I went on a week day and would highly recommend this if you want time/a more relaxed experience as it wasnt busy and ended up having a few of the ladies help me.

Tina my bridal consultant was amazing!! Couldn’t have faulted her she was so engaging and committed to her task at hand. We flew from Newcastle England to try on wedding dresses in Belfast and she put her all into helping me find my perfect dress. She listened and was attentive and couldn’t have found my dream dress without her!!

I got my dress from the Brighton branch and couldn't be happier, staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable and confident. Can hardly wait until August to wear my dress

Staff were lovely, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately being a bigger size there were very few under £800 and they put the price up on the dresses a day after I had tried them on.

My whole experience from beginning to end was lovely. My dress assistant Denise was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable, asked me about exactly what I wanted for my dress and left out no details. Denise was so welcoming to all of my family I had with me. She came with dresses exactly what I had described and was so helpful and supportive during the whole process. She also made the experience very personal to myself which I loved. I walked away with my perfect dress for my Disney Wedding!!

Aswell as Denise, all of the staff where so lovely and kind and made you feel so good about yourself in the dresses, they would all give you lovely comments as they walked past. There was one woman (I can’t remember her name) who came over as she was also obsessed with Disney world and I was able to share all my excitement with her and we had lovely conversations about it.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at Wed2be Wrexham; it was so easy to walk in and get an appointment and the team there were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting to find my wedding dress straight away as it was the first time I had been shopping for it. But they understood what I wanted so well and after trying on 5 dresses, I found the perfect one! Honestly, a magical experience and I would recommend Wed2be to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress!

It was my 2nd time back at Wed2b, and I was ready to check out mentally and go back to the drawing board because there was just “something” missing with every dress, but then Kelly came along and asked me to trust her, and let her help me. Kelly got down to the bottom and found what that “something” was. I picked my dress but all thanks to Kelly and her knowledge and expertise. She got to know me, my wedding and the vibe we were going for.

Georgia is just the best! She made the whole experience light hearted and fun. She listened to what I was looking for and also picked a few wildcards which I loved. A happy and positive shopping trip!

I went in feeling a bit unsure after reading mixed reviews, although I did know a few brides who had positive experiences and even found their dresses there. I honestly didn’t expect to find mine—especially not on my very first day of wedding dress shopping, but I’m so happy to say I did say yes to the dress!

We arrived at 9:15am on a Saturday, knowing it would likely be busy and that we couldn’t book in advance. We were third in the queue, were seen at 10:00am, and left around 12:30pm.

Hadiya was super friendly, helpful, and patient. She asked all the right questions, selected a variety of dresses, and guided me through the experience with ease. Throughout the experience, various staff members were warm and friendly, especially when I was trying on the dress I ultimately chose—they were very complimentary and made the moment feel special. Once I found “the one,” it was very nicely packaged, and I later received thoughtful, personalised notes along with helpful supplier information and follow-up communications.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a water dispenser or refreshments. Since brides and their guests can be there for quite a while, as we were, having access to drinks would make the experience even more comfortable.

Overall, I’m so pleased with my dress and had such a joyful, memorable experience.

Amazing, felt so heard and got the most amazing dress!

We visited the Edinburgh store on Saturday . All the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Milly was absolutely amazing, she made me feel at ease , was incredibly patient and helpful in helping me figure out the styles that were and were not for me.
All the staff around the store were very kind and helpful and provided a very relaxed atmosphere . I would recommend this store to other brides to be.

The minute we entered we were greeted by lovely kind staff, talked through the process and everything was explained so clearly. Verity was the kindest person ever! Really understood what she was talking about and made me and my party feel so welcome and amazing!

The girls in the Milton Keynes store are lovely. They made it really easy to understand the types of bridesmaid dresses on offer and how to order. They were super lovely to my 13 year old and made her feel at ease.
