I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Erica Bond. I was provided a detailed and thorough report that clearly highlighted key findings, including potential and urgent issues, which ultimately gave me a fuller understanding of the concerns I had initially. She was honest and I appreciated her deep insight into the property. She was extremely professional, attentive, and generous with her time, carefully talking through every concern I had in a thoughtful and easy-to-understand way. I was very pleased with the overall service and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a property survey.

The first contact at West Country Surveyors Ltd was friendly and helpful. The actual surveyor, Matthew Pilkington , was very helpful - giving an in depth verbal report on request when the report he had completed was delayed in the WCS LTD system. The wait of 3 weeks for the survey to take place was inconvenient, but the price was OK .

Everything about West Country surveyors has been great! Booking my Homebuyers survey online was incredibly easy and there was great communications throughout the process. I received my detailed and thorough report with photographs promptly, and also recieved verbal feedback and useful advice over a phone call from David Clare. We received a very thorough report which really helped us make an informed decision on the property we wanted to buy. David addressed particular concerns we had on both current and future maintenance issues, and was very helpful fully explaining answers to further follow-up queries we raised.

Erica Bond our surveyor wrote a detailed, informative report which helped us make a decision about the house we were purchasing. She spent 4.5 hours at the property. Her follow up emails were so lovely. She really does need a special thank you. We will definitely not hesitate to use this company again.

We dealt with Erica for a survey on an older property which had its quirks! She explained everything very clearly and the report was very detailed which highlighted all the various issues in plain English, we will undoubtedly use her again for any future purchases.

We arranged a level 2 (homebuyers) survey with West Country Surveyors Ltd.
Matthew Pilkington completed the survey and telephoned us afterwards on the same day to see if there was anything we would like to know or discuss. He explained two key matters requiring further investigation.

We received the survey the following week. This was very detailed, easy to understand, and was very thorough. There were photographs of taking each moisture reading and of every aspect of the property.
Matthew really put a lot of effort into checking and recording everything about the property and providing evidence of the same.

We have also called Matthew twice to discuss items in the survey and he has always been very helpful and answered our questions fully.

As recommended in the survey, for one item I contacted a structural engineer. They reviewed the survey and photographs and were very impressed with the quality of the survey advising this is someone who certainly looks to know what they are doing.

Very good company, reasonably priced and booked in within a reasonable time. I was contacted the same day as the survey with an explanation of their findings and full report followed a week later.
