Erica Bond completed my survey, and it was one of the most comprehensive and detailed surveys, either I or my family and friends have ever received. She did a great job, was prompt and happy to answer my questions after the fact. All in All, she provided a great service!

David and the team at West Country Surveyors went over and above for us, in managing the transfer of a survey to another property when our sale fell through. The care and service provided was refreshing at a stressful time. When the survey was complete, David took time to call to explain some of the report and we received the report quickly to save more stress, so thank you!

David and his team at West Country Surveyors Ltd, have gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with their customer service, from start to finish!
I needed to have a Homebuyers survey carried out on a property I was intending to purchase but due to the property being a holiday let the only day it could be carried out on was a Saturday! Normally David doesn't work on Saturdays, however as a gesture of goodwill he agreed to do the survey on a Saturday morning!
I then received the actual report at 8am the following Monday morning, which is incredibly quick and would have meant that David would have had to work on Sunday to get the report completed!
The report was extremely well laid out and written clearly, with ample helpful photos, and a specific section with issues for my legal advisors. It is the best survey report I have ever seen!
After reading the report I rang the office who arranged for me to have a phone call with David on the Wednesday afternoon, to discuss a few queries I had. David was most helpful in clarifying my queries and made some additional good points and suggestions.
I fully appreciated David taking the time out of his day to discuss the report with me.
David has been absolutely brilliant, as well as all of the office staff. I really cannot thank them all enough.

After looking at many reviews, we decided to instruct David to complete a snagging survey on our new home.

The report we got was extremely comprehensive, covering all the main issues and all the knit picks as well. Everything has been well documented and photographed meaning we were easily able to provide this to our developer for remediation.

I missed David’s initial call after the inspection, but he kindly spoke to me regarding his visit the next day for over an hour (and it was his holiday that day).

His care and attention to detail is impeccable, and he genuinely cares about the service he provides.

If you are considering a snagger / surveyor I cannot recommend him enough!

I used David for my Help to Buy valuation which he carried out very professionally & quickly so we could get it issued.
My sale was taking along time, so my valuation was going to expire. I called David as I was worried about it. He said it will all be fine & got the 1 month extension letter sent through in a couple of days.

David was so friendly, professional and responsive during the whole pre and post process. Due to some complications we had to delay and David very kindly gave up his time on a few occasions to offer us his advice and really patiently laying it out in layman's terms for us first time buyers.

When we finally booked in the date for our L3 Survey we didn't have to wait long, even though we'd had them on hold for months.

On the day of the inspection David called us immediately after and gave us a 20 minute verbal run down of it all and the chance to ask any burning questions.

We then, unbelievably received the full written report by the very end of that day! When does that ever happen hey?

David has been fantastic throughout and I would recommend him and WCS to anyone!
