I'm not too sure if you had seen the email I had sent to yourself regarding this situation, it may have fell into your Junk Folder or had got lost in the mail.
The email was ultimately explaining the situation that we don't have a courier service that could ship parcels overseas I'm afraid, and it seemed to be a website fault that it didn't detect your postcode in Jersey, as we are unable to deliver to that island.
Apologies for the experience and if it felt like we had refunded you without reason, I really hope you could source your items elsewhere.

I was surprised that there was so little choice for paste the wall not covering the ones that were available were budget papers.
I chose to have my parcel delivered to a drop off box it was rammed in squashed and dented.

The majority of our stock online does require to be ordered in via our wholesalers, which deliver to us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so we do apologise if there are any extra couple days delay to get your order in and dispatched.
Great choice, helpful staff.
The staff are really helpful and a great choice of wallpapers, the shade I wanted wasn't in store but the lady advised I check the website and it was there.

Could not fulfill the order
Could not fulfill the order, took too long to arrive (over a week) Said it would arrive Friday but did not arrive till Monday
Product was ok, however I also ordered the some from Amazon and they where a better quality
They should not over promise and then under deliver. Sorry but I’ve shopped at West end for over 30yrs and it’s a shame that I find myself typing a negative review
