I ordered a step and slide for my daughter. I chose the free delivery option 10-14 working days and it arrived in time. There was a problem with first attempt of delivery, however when I emailed a got a response from customer services almost immediately and my product arrived the next day.
I would highly recommend this company, great product and fantastic customer service.

What a brilliant company. I ordered a midi step slide for my daughters birthday not realising it was on pre order. When it got to 2 weeks after my order I emailed Whittlebird asking when to expect delivery. They replied very quickly and advised that the shipment would be arriving the following week and I would receive it shortly after that. They also gave me the option to cancel and get a refund if I didn’t want to wait. I was happy to wait but I was going to be going away when the delivery was likely, this was no problem for Whittlebird as they said if it came in time I would get it before I went if not they would hold it for me and send it when I was back. In the end this is what happened, I was so impressed, this would never be possible with a larger company. When my soft play arrived it was the most brilliant quality. I would not hesitate to buy from here again, it is brilliant to shop with a small business who really go above and beyond for their customers.

We have purchased many items from Whittlebird and absolutely love all of them. We have the soft play slide, a bean bag, a swing, a ball pit, and play mat. All are incredible quality, speedy dispatch and excellent communication. Considering this is a family business, the customer service has been outstanding and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service and amazing soft play! Payed for next day delivery and it arrived promptly and everything was there. My little boy loves it and will get years of enjoyment! :)

I ordered the soft play step and slide in the 17th July for next day delivery (as it was weekend this meant it would arrive Tuesday which the company had told me it would and I thought that would be the case) and it arrived on the 20th as stated!

The quality of the soft play is second to none, the communication was quick and the service was impeccable!

I’m not sure why there is some bad reviews as I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this company.

I would highly recommend and would buy again!!

Love this company. I run a soft play hire company and get most of my products from here and they never disappointed!
The customer service is fantastic and the products always arrive in excellent condition! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My little boy has mobility issues and his physio recommended soft play to help him, however, we were in lockdown and soft play centres were all shut so the next best thing was to buy some of our own! I contacted Whittlebird as I wanted to get hold of some soft play quickly after the recommendation and everywhere was quoting around a 6 week lead time. I got a fast response from Whittlebird who made me aware they were getting some castle blocks in in a few days time and I could pre order some! Amazing! I ordered straight away and received my delivery less than a week later which was brilliant. The castle blocks really helped us with physio so I then decided I'd like the step and slide set. Again, I got in touch and Whittlebird arranged for this to be delivered quickly so within the week we had it delivered! Both soft play sets are great quality, really sturdy and withstand a lot from both of my children (even my 9 year old!). 4 months later it still looks brand new and it's used every single day. I can't thank Whittlebird enough for the fantastic service and fast delivery. I truly believe this soft play has helped my little boy so much with his mobility and without it he wouldn't be as mobile as he is now! I have already recommended this company to many of my friends with children and will continue to recommend them.

outstanding! Ordered slide , blocks , cloud mat and the giant ball pit. All came really quick, no damage in transit and quick response from whittlebird when asking about a certain product. Will definitely be ordering again!
