Like all the other 1 star review, I too am waiting for the jacket. I ordered it on July 13th, 2022 and today is September 29th. They did respond to 1 email after a month, but haven't since. Just horrible.

DIsgusting scam. Never use this company. Bought a jacket 3 months ago, constant emails to them that go unanswered. Trying to get refund. DISGUSTING service. Bought same jacket on different site and revieved it within a week. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Totally agree with all the reviews down below..it's a TOTAL SCAM.FRAUD website ..I have lost my 200 nzd...please donot waste your hard earned money

Please stay away from these guys they are big time scammers and just wana loot your precious hard earned money. Never order anything from them as I’ve really had a terrible experience with them. As like rest of them I ordered my blazers and shirts and shoes from their website for my friends marriage function. And as mentioned in abome comments the things which I order never existed and hence never shipped and never came to me. It’s so disappointing that on the website it looks so authentic but trust me it’s totally opposite of that. These guys are fake and are on a mission to scam people. After waiting for several weeks I tried to check on my order and was being continuously offered this silly discounts of 20% 30% 50% off just to hole me up of not cancelling the order. Which itself is extremely dodgy and wired and when I got that I’m being scammed then they’ll stop responding to you and that’s what happened to me as well. Luckily I paid through my Amex card via PayPal. And as Amex puts excessive attention on to its card users and their service experience I was able to get my money back in full and have notified PayPal as well. Please stay away from them and don’t waste your money like that.

Worst ever. Do not every order from this website. I have not received my order which I placed over 5 months ago and they refused to refund me the money even though I never received the item. It is a scam website. Be very aware when you place the order through them.

Ordered a jacket in May for an event in August. I have still not received the jacket. I wish I had read these reviews first.

If I could give a zero star or below would. This is the worse company you can ever deal with. They are basically a fraud. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM , YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED.

I bought a jacket in May and never received it. Thank God I found a store with a better jacket for my husband or my wedding would’ve been ruined. Don’t buy from them! They received 1 star because I had to!

FRAUD. Do not order from this website/cmppany. I ordered a suit for my son almost 1 year ago early September 2021. They took the money out and the suit never showed up. I have sent at least a dozen emails to which they replied saying I could order something else as the item was out of stock (but still up on their website) and then said they would refund me but have not received anything. Complete FRAUD!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! Ordered a suitcoat for my husband. They charged our credit card and never shipped the suit. I am still trying to get our money back and it has been 3 months.

I made the same bad experience: ordered trousers for my husband, urged after 2 months, no answer until I have switched on Paypal ... I have reported / applied for buyer protection at Paypal, there was an automatic response: up to 30 days waiting time until someone answers from Paypal, then the seller has reported 2 x (everything as described: Internet problems etc ... ) after approx. 2 weeks Paypal closed the case with the reason that I had not applied for buyer protection, which is not true, I even got an automatic answer from them ... It is a shame that this company gets away with it and I have also used payment with Paypal for the last time!

Ordered my husbands shirt MAY 3RD 2022 it is now August 16th 2022.
I had not received the item OR a tracking number.
After months of waiting for a response, “Mary” from customer service claims that their website was having technical issues. I have patiently waited to gift my husband this shirt for almost FOUR MONTHS. Needless to say, Authorities are now involved. An on going investigation has been sent out as I have seen that MANY of William David’s customers have had the SAME issue as I and have found no resolution from the William David team.
Please just go to Your nearest Nordstrom To shop. You won’t get scammed as we all unfortunately did.

This site is a complete scam!!! Like most of these people, I got a suit jacket for a wedding and it was several months before I decided to give up and cut my $108 loss. Every email response I got from their "customer service" was "oh we received a bunch of orders and we're working as fast as possible". It shouldn't take 3 months to make a jacket that I saw on Amazon for $36... I should have got it from Amazon, but I should have first look up this "company". Please avoid them at all costs.

They're scammers! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them! I ordered my son's prom jacket on May 28th, I NEVER received it! Anything you're looking for on this website, you can find on Amazon for cheaper! Every time I emailed them, they kept saying the same thing, they'll let fulfillment know. I wish I would have read the reviews first!

I ordered a Jacket from William and David and 4 months ago and never received the jacket. I emailed the compony and they failed to respond other to say there was a hold up on the fabric. This company is a scam.

3 months since ordering, After continuous msgs, finally I'm told product is no longer available and I have a store credit. Might order something for my own funeral and hopefully it will come in time

Its a fraud. full stop. don’t buy anything or believe a word of what they say.I ordered and payed for a suit. I never received it, though I’m very experienced in online orders this even got me its so well organized. They were very rensponsive & helpful in the beginning but when payed nothing, even tracking number was fake! Then after 2 emails when my order comes searched amd found this..emailed them saying I will move against them legally..a week(!) later another guy from the ‘company’ replied with apologies and that they were full with orders and asking me to confirm my address again! that’s full of lies offcourse its the same guy I bet anyway I try to get a refund woth a dispute request from my bank. We can’t let these kind of people be around om the net in 2022! Stay away from them.

I wish I had checked for reviews of William//David before ordering from them, but I was taken in by what looked like the perfect suit jacket for my wedding in July. As a result I've had what appears to be the standard experience with this business: a long wait for nothing. I placed my order in early May, but still hadn't received anything by the third week of June. They kept reassuring me by email that my order was being prepared and would ship soon; but it never did, despite the jacket being listed on their website as "in stock". My final email received no reply, and none of their phone numbers are in service. When I returned to the webpage where I first found and ordered the jacket, it came up Page Not Found. I filed a dispute with my bank and received a refund, but I cannot get back the hopes I had for the perfect jacket for our ceremony. These guys are shysters.

Wish I read these reviews before my order. I did receive the jackets that I ordered, after a serious delay. However they didn't fit well, and I had already gone with a different plan. They told me I could not get a refund due to their return policy (BS), but to ship the jackets back (at my own cost) and they will allow an exchange if I shared the tracking number with them. I tracked the package back and they received it on 6/27/2022, to date, I have not received a single response to the multiple e-mails that I have sent nor did I receive new jackets. Thinking I will have to also speak with my bank about the taking of money without services. And yes, you cannot get these people by telephone.

This company is a total rip off!!! I ordered a "jacket" for my child's event. It took almost 2 months to receive it. Well after my childs event.I ordered a medium and the took upon themselves to send an XL. They said if I returned it they would refund me. Then they kept arguing with me about getting something else instead of a refund. Then the offered only a partial refund. The "jacket" its self was thin and complete garbage. To date, they still have not issued a refund and will not respond toy emails. I have filled a complaint with the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND RIP OFF! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
