Do not buy from these robbers! Six months after they took my money I have still not received the suit I ordered. All I get are vague answers. They do not refund. I believe they are scammers and advise American customers to contact your Consumer Protection Bureau. I’m in Australia and having trouble finding who I can complain too.

Update-I finally received notice that my item shipped on 6/15 after order was placed on 5/13

I paid extra money to receive a jacket I ordered on time only to find out the extra charge was to ensure the jacket arrived. It took over a month to arrive, although the shipping time on the website said 2 weeks. During this time I notified them to cancel the order if it would not arrive by the time I requested. I was told that I would have to wait for it to be arrive then return it. Now they won't honor their words and continue to contradict themselves. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company.

If I could give 0 I would!! Total SCAM!! never received my order after calling numerous times and they said a manager would call, never happened! Had to report it to my bank as fraud! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Their emails are very repetitive and claim to say something in the subject like “track your order” and you open it just to discover a coupon and the website to purchase more. I asked for a refund because I had requested faster shipping in to which they told me it was more money and I said okay and they told me they would send over an invoice and never did. That was 8 days ago. The times take forever to ship and process and there’s also a 12 hour cancellation opportunity. It’s in their fine print along with their other scams. Trust me, don’t even bother. Also, overpriced.

Ordered items on June 1 w/ $20 expedited shipping--and emailed to check on status--and they let me know it should be shipped out the end of next week (June 17) at the latest. I would NOT buy from this company and contact the BBB to let them know to try to shut them down.

Not worth even 1star. The William-David company is a joke. I ordered 2 shirts back in September 2021. I never received them. Contacted the company several times through email, and their response is always the same. They apologize for the disappointment and say they’ll look into it. It’s been 9 months and still no shirts or a refund.

I ordered from this company on May 12, 2022 and today is June 11, 2022 and still no delivery. I send an email to get updated on the delivery and I get a auto response. I finally send a request for cancellation due to untimely delivery and no updates. The response was in light of our 12 hour cancellation policy we cannot cancel your order. Now I would completely understand this policy if they had a delivery service that was fast. If your going to take your time delivering a customer’s order why would you have a 12 hour cancellation policy. This sound like they are not very concerned about the customer and only the BOTTOM LINE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Wow, please do not order from this company!!!! All the previous reviews completely summarized our experience with this company. I ordered a M suit 2 months in advance for an event. After I didn’t receive a shipping notice for a month, I tried to cancel my order. Was told it was being shipped (received a shipping notice 2 days later) and would have to return it when it arrived. Did not arrive the date listed, so I tried to cancel again. Was given a second shipping notice and the option to buy a second item at a reduced price (seriously, am I stupid?). The package arrived 2 weeks after the event. I notified the company I wanted to return the product. I was asked to send pictures. I opened the package and found only a cheaply made jacket that literally was 3 sizes too big. Sent pictures of the jacket and was told that since the jacket was not damaged, would not accept the return. I was offered (after a series of emails) 25% of my purchase price. Had to go through the credit card company to finally get refunded the purchase price 3 months later.

Do not order from this company. The estimated shipping times are completely off-base. What was supposed to take 5-10 days took over a month to arrive, well after the event was over. I tried several times to cancel the order since no tracking order was provided and they told me I had to wait until it arrived to resend for a return. When it arrived, I emailed for return instructions only to jump through several hoops (such as sending pictures of the items) and then be told that they wouldn’t give me a refund. I ended up paying double for my event since I had to order from somewhere else to have the outfit in time. Seriously the most ridiculous and scamming website I have ever dealt with.

Byers beware!!!! Items can’t be returned. They will offer 20% of the price you paid to use towards something else. Rip off!!! Shipping takes forever! I would never purchase anything from these scam artists again!

Please spend your money and time elsewhere. I ordered a suit jacket from William-David and I didn't receive my order until a month later. After receiving the order, the jacket was the incorrect size and looked cheaply made. I immediately reached out to return this jacket for a full refund and was told that I could not but would give me credit. Why would I want credit from a store that takes so long to provide you an item and the item is not made well and the wrong size. You would be better off going elsewhere. Please review not just mine but other reviews about William David as this has happened to numerous other people as well.

Bought a tux on the 13th of May and its now the 1st of June and I still haven't received any tracking info. Contacted them to cancel the order and they refused, terrible customer service, how do you deny refunding someone their money when you haven't even started the shipping process. They have a terrible 12 hour refund policy! All and all I will never shop here again!

I would give this a 0 star, if possible. Their stuff doesn’t arrive on time. Their customer service is terrible. I’ve been waiting several weeks for a refund. They’re a scam. Don’t trust them. Do not buy here.

My son ordered a jacket 5 weeks before his prom. No one could tell us when the jacket would ship or if it would arrive in time. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused saying jacket was in production and I could return it after it arrived. It arrived 2 days after his prom. It took me a week of emails as I tried to get a return address. Their final email said they presently weren't taking returns! I've filed the fraudulent transaction with my credit card company. By the way, the jacket looked very cheap!

Don't shop here - it's a scam. The jacket they sent was a women's and the wrong size. They've been giving me the runaround about a refund for a long time. Probably won't ever get one.

I wouldn't buy anything from this joke of a company! Ordered a jacket for my son's prom and it showed up 4 weeks after the event. I was told a whole bunch of bullsh@t lies one right after another. This place is a scam and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible customer service I have been trying to get a jacket I ordered over a month ago.
You can only “chat “ with someone and when you do it is always the same excuse why I have not received it.
I will never order from them again.
