This company sent me jackets that were as much as 7 CM across the shoulder SMALLER THAN LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.

UPDATE!!!: I filed a fraud dispute with my payment method provider, and in 2 days, I was issued a full refund. Take the time to do this, and file a dispute, and you'll get your money back. Forcing William-David to issued refunds is the only way to stop this from continuing. They count on people just letting it go after a certain period of time. They're scammers, and the only way to shut them down is to drain them of the money that they're conning out of honest shoppers anyway.

I ordered a jacket in mid-May, and requested a status update after 2 weeks when--despite having paid--the order was showing as being "fulfilled" and that tracking info would be sent when it had processed. I received a response from their "support" email that: "according to our details, your Talbot Slim Fit Blazer Suit Jacket is completing manufacturing and quality control, and you should be receiving tracking information shortly. Once your item has been shipped, please know that the delivery may take approximately 10 to 17 business days."
It has now been 7 weeks since I ordered, and Support has stopped responding to my requests for status update, and when I try to track my order, it says the Order # doesn't exist. Online reviews/complaints with Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau, and other scam/fraud watchdogs are abundant, and I feel like an idiot for not doing more research before ordering. Most of their stock of jackets can be found on Amazon.com anyway, so I know they're lying when they say the jacket is being 'manufactured.'
It is a dropshipping scam, and authorities should step in and do something to prevent them from conning more victims.

Ripped off!

Ordered a blazer but absolutely nothing from them. They just took my money. They need to be stopped!

I ordered a blazer from this company in May. I had contact the company after three weeks asking when I could expect my order. They replied saying the item was still being produced and they'll get back to me. Another week went by and I asked for an update and was told the order was undergoing quality check. Another week goes by and again, I asked when I could expect to receive my order. They replied saying it's getting ready to ship and I should expect to see a tracking number. After two more weeks I asked for another update. No reply came back. I checked my order status on their website and my order number was no longer associated with anything. I emailed the company two more times and still no response. Because I paid with PayPal I sent a report and someone at the company said they are going to ship my item out in the next couple days. I asked for a tracking number, they ignored that request and tried to bribe my silence with a partial refund. I declined the offer and replied saying I would like my item to be confirmed as shipped or I'd like to get a full refund. They never responded. I tried calling the company, but there's no answer. I finally went to the address listed on their website. No such company exists at that office. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!

Ordered and paid for a suit jacket. Received it within weeks. No refund on shipped items. Returned for a larger size and paid extra for shipping. I never received the replacement jacket but have received many promises for escalation. I haven't received my product for a few months.

Ordered and paid for a suit jacked in September last year for a party in October. I never received the jacket but have received many promises of fixing the issue, returning my money and much sympathy for my situation. Nearly a year later and still nothing.

Scam! This company is a total scam! I ordered a jacket for a friend's wedding and 6 weeks later it still had not shipped. When I went to log into the online profile their website told me that an account registered to my email address did not exist. They also ignored 3 emails for an update as to the progress of the order. I lodged a dispute with Paypal and got my money back.

I ordered 2 jacket in May. I have not received them. No one is responding to emails and when I try to track the order on their site it does not show up.

Don't order from them.

I ordered a jacket on May 3. It has not arrived as of June 30. They refused to cancel my order around June 15. Said I can only return it. Several chats and emails failed to get an estimated shipment date. Chat has been removed their website. 800 number is a generic voicemail system. My online order no longer exists too. Disputing charge with my credit card company. Update: Company responded on July 18 to my June 22 email with more vague promises that the jacket will be delivered in the very near future.

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM. Disgusting! Do not order anything. Never received my husbands jacket. Ordered for Melbourne Cup September 2021, have been arguing with them for a refund ever since. They are patronising, promise it is being seen to, have never honored the refund. I will never see my money again.

This company is a fraud I have not receive my items on Order #126549. They are not responding to emails nor phone calls. We escalated this with BDO and fraud department in that State which they have launched an investigation. Scanners will get revealed. This company is based on scams. They deserve a 0 rating. If I don't get my refund I will continue escalate this in a civil matter

William/Davis is an illegitimate company - never buy anything from them - I have been waiting close to two months to receive my refund - they never issued my refund - among my two orders, they sent me a damaged wrong size item, which per their agreement I returned with tracking number to receive refund - they keep playing game and do not refund my over $100 - they are a joke! Stay away from this company - even one of the items which I kept, is not what I expected - their merchandise look good on the photos, but they are not quality products - and do not look good when you receive them - Rod - Los Angeles

Do not shop here. I purchased a Jacket at the beginning of May it’s the end of June and I still have not received my item. I called customer service and was told my time to cancel and ask for a refund has expired. And they still couldn’t tell me when I would receive my jacket since I couldn’t get my money back. It looks like I’m out of $99. I’m just glad I didn’t order several items like I started to. Go to a more reputable site even if you have to pay more. I don’t want anyone else getting ripped off like it appears is going to happen to me.

Fraud. Had to have PayPal give me a refund. I ordered two jackets, they promised 72h fulfillment. More than a month later and several email exchanges they kept claiming “soon” and “we value you” and no refund. If you want to try then for gods sake use PayPal or another service with fraud protection.

Was told items were "in stock" when ordered 4 weeks ago. Have now been told they haven't even been made. Gave me some BS "12 hour refund" excuse tied to another website?! As such, they told me I was NOT entitled to a refund. Am now escalating this with Visa and PayPal.

Awful!!! We ordered a suit jacket for my son to go to prom and 6 weeks later it still hadn’t shipped. After reaching out to William-David several times, I then write a complaint to the BBB and only then did it finally ship but it arrived after prom had occurred. Now they will not take back the jacket- they don’t do refunds. Period. Awful company!!
