Website was easy to navigate, with a good selection of Australian wines from the Barossa.(I have not opened any of the wines yet, but I am looking forward to doing so, as most of those I ordered I have tasted and enjoyed immensely at the winery cellar door on a recent trip to Australia.)
My order was processed promptly and efficiently with excellent communication from the start.

Wonderful
I made errors more than once to delivery addreess. Winedirect quickly amended them without any problem. They also had problems delivering them dueto recipients fault. They delivered them to anoyher address at my request after 3 attempts to deliver. They couldnt have provided a better service and i will be using them again

First ever order with Wines…
First ever order with Wines Direct..from initial online order to delivery have been kept well informed of progress
Although I was after a specific wine there seemed a large choice to suit all palets & prices
Only quibble would be high Delivery Charge

Instead of inflating our bottle prices to hide the delivery cost, we charge our customers what it costs us for shipping.
As a small family run business, our bargaining power with couriers is not as great as other larger merchants. We do review our contracts with all suppliers on regular basis to keep costs and therefore prices for customers as low as possible.
