I ordered Versailles flooring for my hallway. Apart from the great prices, the service, assistance and information given by this company has been wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and my delivery arrived when stated and in good order. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My floor, which is almost complete, looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

After doing rounds of a few wood flooring companies, we finally settled on Woodfloors4you near Fairlop Waters, Ilford, owing to the lovely range of flooring we could choose from at their spacious warehouse. The service and deal we got from Mr. Loren and Mr. Harun were the clincher.

They were amazing. I ordered online some wood flooring 12m2 and I received confirmation straight away. The next day I had a call and email apologising and saying the flooring was out of stock this made me concerned but they said they would refund me the amount. Whilst disappointed at least they were decent. The next day the flooring arrived, they called requesting payment. I had not received the refund yet so naturally concerned we agreed i would pay when credit had come through. It did did and i then paid. they advised on how to lay flooring and things to consider. They were amazing,its fantastic to find a reputable company you can trust. You don't need to look elsewhere they are very well priced, excellent wood floor that you don't wait forever for and honest.

We have just undergone a significant renovation of our victorian cottage and wanted something special for the floors. After hours of trawling the web (and local dealers) we hit upon the Versailles panels from Woodfloors4u. We could not be more delighted with our experience buying from these guys - the quality of the product was matched only by that of the service. I really mean it: the floor was a significant part of our budget and our investement needs to last a lifetime, and if we had our time over again I would go back to woodfloors4u without hesitation. We were impressed enough with them, and their products, that we went back and purchased the floor for upstairs too: chocolate-oak engineered floorbards. It too looks fantastic.

Can't recommend these guys enough.

As a huge floor person, I searched high and low for a lovely wooden floor at an affordable price. Nothing I ordered online or from other London stores compared to the quality for the price that wood floors4 you offers. We are really delighted with our vintage bourbon oak flooring which we recently ordered for our upstairs as well. The only downside is that the floor needs to have a hard wax applied straight away otherwise it scratches. Nonetheless we are incredibly happy and always get compliments on our hardwood flooring.

My order was carried out over the phone without even seeing the product I was buying! I was led by Jay’s expertise in the large selection of flooring they have on offer and I was thrilled with the quality products I received.
Jay’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery the very next day. His advice throughout the initial purchase and subsequent after care was both helpful and knowledgable.
