Excellent products with great variety. Service was prompt from delivery of the samples to final delivery of the flooring. The communication throughout the process was also very helpful.

Really helpful staff from start to finish. They really know their stuff and it is reassuring to buy from them. With so many online retailers these days it is a minefield but I can honestly recommend this company. I have been conversing with a guy called Laurent, but all the staff are great. The product itself is excellent and good value. I purchased the white vintage oak and the vintage cinnamon oak - both products are lovely.

What an amazing team. Honestly such a friendly bunch - with so much knowledge about floors it’s silly. Only ever gave their opinion when asked, which was super helpful because we were undecided about what to get when we initially got there. They were VERY clear about delivery lead times, availability, and how the order process works, the best way to install the floors, and best way to maintain them. We purchased engineered flooring and it looks ridiculously awesome. Subsequently bought some LVT type flooring for a smaller area and they sorted that out very easily with recommendations about how much I needed and best installation process. I changed my mind and returned the first batch for another set (out of preference not because of defects) and they were heroes about it. Lastly - they showed soooo much respect for my personal belongings (vehicle, my home, everything) and that’s something barely anyone does. Would give 6 stars if I could. Will use them again for sure. A great experience - if only everyone was like them. Thank you Laurent and team!

Very good service, and a quality product

I am so happy with my new SPC floor! The guys were really helpful and down to earth. What I liked is there was no sales pitch, just honest trade. My husband found the flooring easy to lay no underlay etc needed. Thank you guys!

We adore our wooden floors, and the standout aspect of the service was James, the fitter. He's fantastic, diligent, and affable. Despite a few hiccups with the order, we're satisfied overall and would gladly recommend them.

Laurent was very helpful in helping me source some solid oak wood flooring to match some wood we'd reclaimed during renovations. Used it for wall cladding in our winter garden. Excellent product. Excellent knowledgeable customer service. Always responded promptly to any queries

Lovely staff that are extremely helpful. They worked with me throughout the whole process and even helped me out when my fitters had issues with working out perimeter trim and step trims.

Customer service was amazing! I went into the warehouse knowing nothing about flooring and came out an expert thanks to the lovely worker who spent his time talking through the different options. Eventually purchased and although they do not have personal fitters, they were helpful in recommending.

I did give a lower score for non delivery of samples, only to find it was the fault with the delivering company. therefore I have revised my score to 5 star. they are a company that will go that extra mile to please their clients, some thing the big firms should consider.
After receiving the samples the company contacted me for a follow up. I am now measuring my house ready to place an order.
