My order was delivered 2 days late! I paid for special date delivery but for some reason their courier couldnt find the address so my order was sent back to their depot. This was a very special birthday gift for my friend's 90th birthday and the surprise was ruined. Not impressed.

Incompetent
Twice I ordered two roses, twice order accepted, money taken and only one was delivered. The second time it was a special wedding present which you managed to spoil, after paying extra money for the delivery. You did apologise which I don’t accept. Your stock control is appalling and needs to be sorted out.
I will never use your company again or recommend to anyone. Bitterly disappointed.

Personalisation not good
I ordered from this company as I wanted to send a rose to a friend who had recently lost a very good friend to cancer. I wanted the rose to be personalised with her friend's name.
I cannot say it wasn't done. But the name had been placed on the back of the card containing my message. My friend would never have seen it if I hadn't asked her about it. This should have been put at the front of the card in a prominent position as it was supposed to be a personalised rose.
I did email and the response was that the company guidelines had been followed as they don't state where the name has to be put.
Although the rose was nice and delivered on the date. The personalisation let it down badly.

Roses all lovely for special occasions. Arrived well packed,and one gift wrapped for a friend who had lost her mother. She was delighted with the rose named after her late mum and was overjoyed at the thought of it flowering each year in her memory.

I couldn't be happier with my new rose
I couldn't be happier with my new rose. It arrived in a heatwave but was very well packed, healthy and only needed some water to recover from the journey. A couple of weeks later, and a move to a new pot, it is looking beautiful and already growing well with tiny buds forming.
