This company is the worst! They tell you 2 weeks and then 6 weeks later, still no materials. Keep getting assurances from them it will be in and then they never call and you have to chase them around calling and calling. Also they overcharge you on footage in your home that you do not even have just to try and make more money. The installation people are the worst and the flooring is terrible. Will never use them again.

From the salesperson (Craig) to the installers (Don and Jorge) everything went as smooth as could be expected. No problems, would be happy to recommend Worldwide to anyone who was looking to purchase new carpet.

We went to WorldWide in Edison to purchase carpeting for our nursery.

Irina was the sale associate that helped us. We were clueless, as we had never purchased carpeting before. After we described what was important to us, she helped us find the carpeting that suited our needs. She explained everything thoroughly every step of the way, and answered all of our questions. Compared to other prices we'd found online, it was very reasonably priced as well.

When it came time for the install, Diego and his team (Fabricio and Luis) were great! They were kind and polite, but, most importantly, extremely hard working and efficient! We'd been told it would take about 2 hours for everything (removal of the old carpet and padding, clean up of the old stuff, new carpet and padding install, clean up). It took 10 minutes top for all the old stuff to be taken out and removed, and the install and clean up was less than an hour. They did a really nice job of cleaning up as well.

We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using World Wide again for any future flooring projects.

Sales person, Kim, excellent knowledge of product and advise on selection. Helpful keeping us updated on installation date progress. Installer, Byron W95. diligent and competent installer.
Suggestion, Installer ought not to cut boards in house( attached garage), which resulted in us cleaning up even though he removed the bulk of the dust. Flying dust is a problem.

They always provide good service, great prices and excellent installation staff. Have used them for several jobs last 6 years.

This was an install of a new carpet after the first carpet was special order and arrived defective. Don did a wonderful job with the installation and working around new closet doors that could not be removed. The carpet looks perfect and I am very pleased. I will be back to Worldwide again for my next flooring need, especially carpeting. It was a professional job from start to finish.

Worldwide sells quality carpets. We received great service for measuring and installation. One suggested improvement is to speed up service where we wait to pay deposits.

I had carpeting installed two weeks ago by Worldwide Wholesale Flooring of Fairfield. They had installed carpeting last year in my family room and on my stairs. I loved it so much that this time I had them install carpeting in my two bedrooms. For both installations my salesman Chris helped me pick out the perfect carpet that best suited my household. Two dogs, a cat, a rabbit and 6 adult children with grandchildren on the way. He also came to measure. I am really happy with our carpeting. My bedroom carpeting is so soft and plush. Our installer Luis was done in less then two hours from start to finish. He did an excellent job .Our daughter needs carpeting in her family room that is dog friendly and likes what we got so she will be stopping at Worldwide to see Chris.

Overall carpet installed in a professional way and done in time.
