Excellent customer care!
The straps are really a premium quality, though what I was most impressed about was the customer care after purchasing. Johanna has been so prompt and helpful with an issue I had when UPS charged me to relieve my order. Though this is a charge imposed by UPS and not wrist buddy’s they refunded me the extra charge and have made a an exchange on one of my straps.
Dealing with such good customer care has been a breath of fresh air! I will definitely use wrist buddy’s again due to Johanna’s aftercare!

The delivery did not contain all parts I ordered. Complaining this, they mentioned I can be happy, because they will sent it without delivery costs.
Wow; so if you are not "happy" like me, they forget parts and then they bill you the additional delivery costs ....

To clarify, we are based in Europe, and we always cover the full cost of shipping for any missing items. There are no additional fees for replacement deliveries. It’s possible there may be some confusion with another company or a misunderstanding, but rest assured, we do not charge for shipping on replacements.
While we strive for perfection, with around 5,000 packages shipped each month, mistakes can occasionally happen. Approximately 5 out of those 5,000 orders might have an issue, and while we work hard to reduce that number to zero, human error can still occur.
We see that we’ve already sent out a new package with the missing items, and we hope you’re happy with it. The buckle of the strap is big and bulky which makes any decent watch look tacky. The quality and packaging deserve 5/5. The quality of the strap is very good. It’s just the buckle. That ruined it for me.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your thoughts on the buckle. Since you ordered a Panerai-style strap, it does tend to have a bulkier buckle, as that’s the traditional style for these straps.
The good news is that we’re currently working on a new range of straps for the Tudor Black Bay 41. These will have a more slimmed-down design with a curved fit that sits perfectly against the case. They’ll also feature our premium buckles for a cleaner, more refined look.
We’d love to offer you one of these new straps once they launch and hope it changes your experience with us into a fully positive one. Our goal is to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied.

Rubber strap fits moonswatches but not…
Rubber strap fits moonswatches but not suitable for Rolex watches as spring bar wholes dont align. I managed to finally fit it on my GMT 2 after long time trying and after bending the spring bars to fit. I bought it cause Its been advertised as suitable for Rolexes so i found it misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration and we’d love to clarify. Could you let us know which specific Rolex GMT model you have? Our straps are designed to fit GMT models with 5-digit reference numbers and aluminum bezels.
For the newer ceramic models, the shape is correct but the spring bar hole placement differs slightly. This is why we don’t actively market the straps as compatible with those models. However, as you mentioned, with a slight bend to the spring bars, the strap can fit securely.
The good news is that we’re currently developing a dedicated strap specifically for the ceramic GMT models, which we plan to launch in early 2025. We hope this will be a perfect solution for you and others with newer models.
