Awful company, Booked a taxi 3 hours in advance and was told the taxi would be there for my chosen time.. I finish work and to find the taxi not outside and when I rang they said we will get one to you straight away “you’re priority” was waiting almost 20 minutes before I decided to cancel the taxi, it has to be the worst company I’ve used and will never ring them again, awful!!

Rang up for a taxi, friendly customer service, arrived on time within a minute even a text message to say they had arrived,,careful professional driver friendly and polite, resonablre prices, would recommend to anyone 100%.

Pathetic service, extremely unreliable and don't believe a word when they say taxis nearby, on its way or 5 minutes away.

The worst taxi company ever! I booked the taxi 28hours ahead of pick up time I was informed they hadn't yet dispatched the taxi and i was left alone as a lone female 40 minutes after pick up time. They didn't care and cancelled the taxi after I complained. Lone female alone 20 miles from home!!!

pre booked a taxi suprise suprise it dont show up rung to speak to complain the manager of abba taxis in warrington is a d@@@ h@@@ to say the least. he was rude and sounded drunk over the phone will never use this taxi firm again disgracefull. the proudest day of my life will be when this firm goes bust

NEVER USE ABBA TAXIS Absolutely dreadful........pre-booked a taxi at 5.30pm for a 6.45pm pickup for a table we had booked for 7pm booked in plenty of time or so I thought........NEVER SHOWED.... called to ask where the taxi was only to be told it would be 15/20 minutes as they were busy and short of drivers!!!!!!! The operator then went onto say “ well to be honest love you have left it late to book a taxi when your table is booked to 7pm” I was fuming and replied I booked it at 5.30pm why have you took the booking if you can’t deliver just got the same answer from the operator awful attitude!!!! In the end I had to cancel and find alternative transport was late for dinner reservations by 20 minutes.

Fab driver but awful customer service. I booked my taxi at lunch time today for 6pm. At 6:05 I rang asking how long it would be, they said 5 minutes. At 6:20 I rang to see if it was even coming in which they replied with ‘ten minutes’. I was stood outside in this boiling heat getting quite annoyed. At 6:35 my taxi arrived and the driver could not of apologised more, he was so down to earth and made a great conversation. I did not catch his name but he had brown short and really curly hair. The drivers I have had in the past haven’t even said hello. Rubbish timing and customer service but couldn’t praise the driver enough!

Terrible! They emerged with another company , so that's all that is available. Where to start? They claim they have and yes boast they have over 300 cars! Yet in this boiling heat we had to wait over an hour, from which I almost passed out. Awful service, such a shame they emerged , the other taxi firm was far more reliable.

Awful service. Basically despite following their protocol of booking ahead and then confirming the pick one hour in advance, the taxi never appeared. We tried to ring but after 50 mins trying to connect we were put on hold and never returned to. In the end we had to wait 2 hours for another ride home. I would never consider using this company again.

I got two cars over the weekend. First guy was on time and lovely guy, we had a nice chat and he seemed to genuinely wish me a good day. The second guy, was 25 minutes late, couldn’t get through to the office to find out where he was, when he did turn up he was incredibly rude and talked like he quite frankly didn’t want to be a taxi driver full stop. Made me feel like he was doing me a massive favour by being there. I was embarrassed for my friends who were visiting from out of town. I have quite honestly never had such a bad journey with a taxi driver in all my life!! I’d like to make a formal complaint but can’t find a way to go about it because Abba have locked down their Facebook site and website. Clearly they must get lots of complaints!!

Tried ABBA taxi's again to see if they had improved from the poor experience i had last time. I booked the day before and was assured that my taxi would be on time for the next day. Again no show!! rang them twice and was told two different excuses from two different operators absolutely disgusting customer services. I then had to drive to the venue then received a text message an hour later saying that the taxi was outside my house after me cancelling it. It's about time this company fully understands what impact this has on people looking forward to a night out. Why on earth are they accepting bookings well in advance if they can't even turn up. It's not rocket science to pre- plan taxis. I will never even attempt to use them ever again....

Worst customer service I have experienced - called in afternoon for a taxi at 8.30pm as dinner reservation at 9.00pm. 5 of us so they booked me 2 taxis but said if I ring an hour before then would try and get me a larger taxi. Called an hour before - they didn't have one available so said they would still send 2. 8.40pm called them and was told there were only a few taxis available that evening and they weren't sure how long it would be.

What a joke - we had friends over from abroad and had this evening planned for months. I am so furious - their attitude on the phone is disgusting. I get the impression this happens all the time so they just don't care. How the heck can they run a business like this. If you have a confirmed booking then surely you plan for a taxi to be somewhere at a certain time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to plan.

Dreadful - very late picking me up - no apology from driver - totally ignorant - missed train and a very important appointment - would recommend that YOU DO NOT USE - find a reliable cab firm - DREADFUL SERVICE

Disgusting customer service. They spoke to my wife in a disgusting manner as though she was some sort of animal. I would rather pay double and use someone else.

Never book this company for an airport pick up. They just left my family stranded at Manchester airport at 4.30 am after an overnight flight. Then they said their driver had spoken to me on the phone. When I said I hadn't spoke to him their operator said I was a liar. The have a virtual monopoly in Warrington and just give rubbish service. The employ ill mannered petulant kids on the phones as they must be cheap or related to the owners
