I have been buying from Abel&Cole for several years- about 7 years I think. I am a very satisfied customer. The fresh produce is always REALLY FRESH and top quality.,And there is a good selection of pantry items, chilled products and so on. Far too many products to highlight individually..In summary an extensive range of quality food, most of which is organic, which is important to me. On the very occasional time that there has been a problem it has been rectified immediately.
The customer service team are pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. Also,the deliveries are good with a time slot given. And finally the delivery drivers are excellent too.
I have recommended Abel&Cole over the years and continue to do so.

My experience with Abel and Cole has been very positive. They pretty well always have what I've ordered, it's delivered promptly by polite delivery people, and meat is always delivered on ice to keep it fresh. If they haven't had what I've ordered they've made substitutions, and if those substitutions haven't worked they've been very understanding. The produce is excellent and of a very high standard.

You know the provenance and that you are helping farmers grow food in a way that is the most sustainable and best for the environment. The packaging is returned and reused and they offer a returnable plastic and refill service. I have been a satisfied customer for at keast six years.

Good culture.
The company is my go to for organic goods that are difficult to find elsewhere, but it can also be competitively priced when it comes to artisan products.
They have frequent discount and voucher cycles through out the year, showing value to existing customers.
Deliveries have also improved from a couple of years ago.
