Great price!! Value for money
Lovely staff members, very welcoming and down to earth. Also really helpful. I dealt with Paula who assisted me through the process. Also had dealings with Tom and Raphael and they were both very helpful. The building is very clean. However, my only concern is that lorries use the same loading making it difficult to manuover.

When I did the agreement i asked if they were open late and was told yes only to find they closed at 5pm on a Saturday the day I was moving so had to have removals people back and cost another £360 for that extra half day !! Thanks Access...

We are sorry to hear about the additional cost you incurred. However, we would like to clarify that our Saturday closing time of 5pm is clearly displayed online and in store, and the team have confirmed that access hours were explained during your move in.
We are always transparent about our access limitations, as these form part of how we are able to offer competitive rates while maintaining high levels of security for all customers. Extended access is not automatically applied to all units and must be arranged in advance where available.
We understand that moving days can be stressful, but the access hours in place were communicated and are consistently applied to ensure fairness and security across the site.

Staff (Mason and Ahmed) from point of enquiry to moving in were exceptionally helpful and informative. They were very approachable and friendly and answered my queries fully. When I did have an issue with my unit they resolved it in full and immediately. This was so appreciated as moving is stressful enough !

The storage is easy to access and the team is helpful and professional.
The reason why I gave 3 stars is because on the day of the removal, I noticed that I had a lot of stuff and wasn’t sure that it all can fit in the 50 sq feet cubicle! So I booked another one but at the end I managed to fit everything in the initial one. I filled a form 7 days ago and requested the reimbursement but I’m still waiting for the money to be in my account which I found a bit annoying as there is no reason why it should take more than 5 working days! I was told by your staff that it might take up to 3 weeks to get my money back?!
I am not happy about that!

In terms of the refund, stores do advise that it can take up to three weeks to manage expectations, as occasionally there can be processing delays or additional checks required. That said, this does not necessarily mean it will take that long. Having checked the status of your refund, we can confirm that it is due to reach your account on Tuesday 24 February.
