First Experience with Access Storage
As a first time customer I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful service upon booking a unit even after having to up grade to a larger one, there was no problem and was a smooth joining process and easy access to the unit anytime of the day.

You advertise 24 hour access - not quite the truth
You advertise 24 hour access. You do not explain up front that this is only for business customers.
You suggest that the site is manned 24 hours. Not so.
Your site has poor connectivity, making access by QR code a hit and miss experience.
Your staff are all very pleasant but overall there seems to be a policy of being economical with the facts until after a customer has signed up. Disappointing.

We are sorry to hear that you feel the information around access was not clear. Our 24 hour access is available to eligible customers, and this is outlined on the store website page as well as discussed during the site tour and sign up process. We are sorry if this was not your understanding at the time, as transparency is important to us.
Regarding staffing, we do not advertise the site as being manned 24 hours. As a self storage facility, our staffed opening hours are clearly stated in multiple places online and in store. The only 24 hour service we reference is our CCTV coverage, which operates continuously for security purposes.
We also appreciate your comments about connectivity and QR access, and we will ensure this feedback is passed on for review. We have been made aware of this previously, our QR codes are there to increase security but the store can help you with alternatives when needed.
We are pleased to hear that you found the team pleasant. We are sorry for any misunderstanding and that your overall experience left you feeling disappointed.

Everything went well with easy access to my storage unit
BUT
When 1800hrs came the doors were shut leaving about another 30 mins of my household goods in the truck which then had to make a return visit the next day

We are pleased to hear that overall access to your unit was easy, however we are sorry for the frustration caused at the end of the day.
Our records show that the move in began at 2pm, which provided four hours within staffed access time. Unfortunately, as closing time approached, the removal team had not completed unloading. For security and insurance reasons, we are unable to keep the store open beyond closing time, as this is in place to protect all customers’ belongings on site, and certainly not without advanced notice.
We understand it was inconvenient to return the following day, but our team must adhere to closing procedures to ensure the safety and security of the facility for everyone.
