Very pleased with the quality of the finished product. The fitters were helpful and professional and the finished tiling and fitting was of a good standard. We did have a delay as we had asked for a new window and had to wait for this, but the owner addressed and compensated fairly for this issue. We bought this for our daughter and she is delighted with her new bathroom.

Got a bathroom fitted by accord and I am over the moon with the standards, got a great price for the bathroom better than anyone else I got quoted from and the products used are a great. Have recommended to family friends for sure

I had Accord Homeworks for a kitchen for me.
They standard of work is poor.
If I could include photos I could show you how bad it is.
The manager, a Mr Ross Atkinson, ignores all correspondence and blocks your phone number when you make a complaint or try to get problems rectified.
The kitchen was fitted in March. A pipe came loose in December flooding my kitchen. Flooring needs renewed and a wall replastered. The plumber who fixed the pipe work said it had been loose and leaking probably since installation and it was only a matter of time until a pressure surge caused it to completely fail. He has serious doubts that the fitter was a qualified plumber. He was even more sceptical that the fitter was Gas Safe registered and advised that I get the cooker installation checked.
Mr. Atkinson's response? Nil, zip, zilch, nada.
If you are foolish enough to get Accord Homeworks to fit a kitchen for you please take my advice and ask for proof of the fitters qualifications and get a written guarantee from Ross Atkinson.
Don't accept a verbal guarantee because he will not honour it and even with a written guarantee be prepare to take him to court if something goes wrong because his mode of operation is to take payment then forget he ever saw you.

Bathroom and a Kitchen fitted in November. No issues with mess or workmanship. Both jobs were completed to an excellent standard within the week quoted. I would highly recommend using this company. A+
